Shuttle to and from the hospital was cold! only because the driver would not turn on the heat.

I booked a room in the executive wing. Wen I arrivedy said my room had been sold and I was downgraded to a different room. I informed them I booked it online and got a confirmation. At first the clerk said I would be charged an additional $10 to get a room with a king. Then when I produced my confirmation, the room mysteriously became available again and i got it. I was there with a coworker who had booked the same type of room minutes after I did and he had no issues whatsoever. I am assuming this is because he is a gold points member. Will I stay at Holiday Inn again without a printout of my confirmation? Never.

I attended training for the week of the November 16 thru 20. The training was successful and the stay at the Holiday In Ann Arbor-Near the Univ. Of MI was a pleasure.

The hotel was a nice stay comfortable and nice. The Staff was very kind and considerate they were always very helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to family and friends.

Heating/Air Conditioning unit was not able to be controlled by me, and although the temperature was comfortable, I couldn't control the frequency of when the unit went on and off...very loud.
My other only request would be that the blinds only closed part way, and there was too much outside light coming through.

Clean and quiet stay, room was great as was the food and if we have to we would stay at this site again.
I would tell anyone this hotel would be a great place for them to stay.

Initially my experience with the front desk was negative...but after I drove to pick up the coupon and returned I encountered a lovely young man who did everything he could to help me find a room I could afford.
