I was on the secure level and the room and bathroom were in ok shape (rug entrance a little worn) . Couple of things that could have been better, it would have been nice if the room had NBC (no signal). The front desk said they would send someone up while I'll was at work to fit it, but that did not happen or if it did I never had NBC with my 3 day stay. The other was the bathtub & controls looked original a good 15-20 years old with some major lime build up.

We've stayed at this location several times before and rated the room much higher. This time the room cleaning (carpet stains, long mirror with finger prints/smudges). Room pull out sofa needs updating. Springs were shot. The location and size of room were great. King bed was fine. In the past the rooms were spotless and pull out sofa was fine. Based on past experience, would stay here again assuming room issue will be resolved.

We stayed for a wedding. The hotel requested we sign up on sheets at the front desk for shuttles to the reception. People who were not signed up on the sheets took the shuttles and we were forced to drive. The driver did not check the sheets that were at the desk. This was unacceptable. The front desk did nothing to alert the driver.
The bar was not open nor properly staffed when it did open to accommodate the individuals staying at the hotel from the wedding. The two women working the bar were obviously overwhelmed with the amount of people and in turn were extremely rude because of their stress. Not a good impression to those who would come back to town to visit family.
The entire time the front desk seemed to not be aware of what was going on. They also did not try to work with the guests and make the situations better.

This hotel takes particularly good care of high status Priority Club members. HUGE executive upgrade room on top floor and access to the happy hour lounge with free drinks and snacks. Very nice.

Bring your slippers, dirty carpets, the carpets in the room are so dirty, disgusting. If you want a clean room and carpets do not stay here.

I prefer this hotel to all others in this area due to staff that goes extra mile to make guest comfortable and welcome, excellent location relative to downtown, airport, shopping, quite, dependable accommodations and good food for breakfast and in the bar at night.
