Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly front desk staff Stayed at hotel 3 days in February. It is a beautifully decorated hotel. Several cozy seating areas in and around lobby on first floor to meet people and have a quiet visit. Bed very comfortable. Blackout curtains on windows in rooms. All these positive points but the thing I will remember the most is the friendliness of the staff. From the front desk people, housekeeping, restaurant, security staff we felt like they really cared if we were taken care of properly and what they could do to make something better. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beds and bedding great housekeeping terrible I stay at this holiday inn a lot with my work and a lot Of my fellow employees do also and the rooms are nice But the house keeping is terrible they only half clean The rooms and don't put trash bags back in the trash Cans half the time and the next to last night I stayed They didn't even clean my room and I work nights a lot And want to go to bed as soon as I come in and if I call the front desk and tell them I have to wait a long Time for the room to get cleaned and I liked to get cleaned Up and eat something and go to bed and the fax will not To my home office if I want something faxed I have to use The motel down the road. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thoughtful staff I stay at an Holiday in for work quite a lot and I wanted to thank the staff for there thoughtfullness by wrighting this review. I was working nights and sleeping in the day so it was difficult to get someone in there to get my room cleaned. The hotel started staffing at night to accommodate my schedule and several other guests in the same situation. They cleaning staff went even further on the times I went multiple days forgetting to take my "do not disturbed" sign down at night they put together a care basket with fresh towels and new soaps and shampoos. I probably stay at Holiday Inns a quarter of the year and this is the first time a thoughtful staff solved a late night issue befor it was brought to them. I want to thank the staff that little bit went a long way with me and I apriciate there inter communications to make my stay more comfortable. Great restaurant, great staff, best work out room. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Way overpriced. We gave front desk our rent check to mail. They said it woulld go out that day. It was postmarked 5 days later from Oklahoma City. It was late; I had to pay late fee to landlord,,, Will never stay here again. January 8, 2014
