Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Broken promises and cholesterol Upon our early arrival at 12:00 pm, we were promised our rooms would be ready by 2:30 pm. Sadly...there were not ready until closer to 4:00 pm. I had to change in the lobby restroom for a conference at the hotel. I would have appreciated a more accurate room check-in time. The breakfast buffet was hot, delicious, plentiful...and unhealthy. There were no healthy options! No yogurt, no fruit, no bagels, not even cereal. I was stuck for two days with bacon, French toast, hash browns, and biscuits and gravy. This 'buffet' also would have cost $9 I believe for people who weren't staying at the hotel. I would have paid maybe $7. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Facility Stayed at this facility in conjunction with an event in the convention center and also in the hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Guest room was very comfortable, and meeting room was nice sized and accommodated our group. It was also very convenient having a connecting hall to the convention center. October 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ardmore I-35 I was very happy with my short stay there. I will return. However, I use Holiday Inn because of many reasons. One being a breakfast was included. I was shocked to find that this was not the case at this location. For what was paid, I assumed it would. So, I went to the adjoining restaurant and had breakfast, paid full price. Only after my stay, was I told I had to ASK for a food comp. Not sure why this was not brought to my attention at either booking or checking in. I will return, an I will now ASK for what should have been given freely. I feel that this should not have been an issue. Other than that, my stay was pleasant. October 13, 2014
