Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and nice room. My visit was to see my ailing father in Ardmore. Not the most pleasant trip but Holiday Inn made it bearable. The room was great and very helpful service. I will probably be returning to Ardmore soon and plan to stay in the same hotel. I was very impressed during my stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, service I'm a frequent traveler. I'm also employed in the resort business. The Ardmore Holiday Inn management should be very proud of its staff. We were there two nights and the better part of three days with a large family group, spending time in the restaurant, lounge, front desk area and meeting room(s). From the bar to banquets, everyone was exemplary in their efforts and their attitudes. Their professionalism is, I reckon, to be expected at Holiday Inn. The personalities, however, were a special added attraction, along with what seemed to be a sincere effort to make our stay enjoyable. January 7, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Don't ask for a late checkout Overall, the stay had been pleasant, although the towels could be newer and bigger and the bed felt a little springy. But we'd asked for a late checkout when we checked in (just an hour) and a half hour after regular checkout, a staff member banged on our door and tried to come in. Fortunately we still had the safety lock on the door, or we would have had a stranger in our room - regardless of whether we were dressed or not! We brought it to the desk staff's attention when we checked out, and he said the late checkout was noted in our file. But apparently that doesn't matter. It soured what had otherwise been a pretty pleasant experience. December 31, 2014
