Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location! My family and i stayed at this location due to it's close proximity to the AT&T Stadium in Arlington. We were pleasantly surprised to find that not only was it within walking distance to the stadium, but the walk itself was along a street populated with restaurants and convenience shopping. We found the hotel to be very clean, quiet and staffed with polite personnel. All in all a good choice for our visit. April 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2 week stay Had to stay 2 weeks for training. Staff was super courteous. Couple of snags with the gym equipment being down (leg machine, treadmill, and bench press machine bacing was wobbly- TV didn't work in gym... Room service and cleaning crew did a great job attending to needs/requests. Dorm refridge in room froze all my bought goods no matter what setting it was on... very disturbing being that a good portion of my per diem went to foods I could eat in on. All in all a good stay! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recommend We had a church function in Arlington and had 5 teens and 3 adults staying in 2 adjoining rooms. Staff was helpful, very courteous and pleasant. The only three things to mention that could have been better were 1) hot tub was broken and 2) the room cleaner would not leave enough towels in the rooms. When asked for 2 extra towels to make a total of 4 in each room she said we'd have to go down stairs and ask for the 2 extra down stairs. I explained we had 4 people to each room...but she would not give the 2 extra towels. And 3rd) 2 machines in the exercise room did not work. Other than that the stay was great... We will stay at this motel again... March 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay-cation We enjoyed our stay. We had the whirlpool suite. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a in door pool which is perfect for this time of year. There are tons of things to do around this hotel. We checked out a show at the Improv and the visited serveral bars that was in the same plaza. We will definately be back. February 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good weekend My wife and I spent the weekend in the DFW area to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Holiday Inn-Arlington was located between Dallas and Ft Worth, which was convenient for our weekend plans. Our room was on the 2nd floor above the lobby. It was noisy and we placed a towel along the bottom of the door to muffle the lobby noise entering the room through the large gap between the door and the floor. Our only real complaint was breakfast. We typically stay in Holiday Inn Express, which has continental breakfast. The sports bar at the Arlington hotel served breakfast, but the food was not included with the room. If there was a continental breakfast elsewhere in the hotel, we did not find it. I don't know if the sports bar is part of the hotel. We tried breakfast at the sports bar the first morning but ate breakfast at the nearby IHOP the next two mornings. February 6, 2014

Including but not limited to sending me to a room with no bed, non functioning heater, loud heater unit, non functioning toilet and non functioning shower. I actually started to wonder if it was a practical joke. I could say the service helped me right away but they kept sending me to rooms they clearly didn't check. I will not return February 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location for Cowboy Stadium game. We enjoyed the great customer service. It was nice to have shuttle service offered for the Cowboy/Eagles game. Got there on our requested sign up time of 3:45, but after the game it was a bit of confusion with 10 groups of 15 people each group standing and waiting for the 3 shuttles to come pick us up. It was 11PM, and cold when I realized this was going to be a free for all once the shuttles arrived through all the traffic. We waited another 15 minutes then decided to walk back to the hotel. Thank goodness it was only a 15 minute walk in the cold, but IHOP saved us as we got a hot cup of coffee and some breakfast. The convenience of the location was perfect and the staff were very nice. We will stay again when we come to watch another Cowboy game. January 2, 2014

The entire staff was great and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling on either business or pleasure. December 9, 2013

Near numerous places to eat and both the Cowboy and Rangers Stadiums. Staff was friendly with recommendation for places to eat. Easy access to and from DFW airport. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great location really liked this hotel. went down thanksgiving weekend to dallas game. the location is great you can walk to stadium and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Had a problem with our TV so they upgraded our room. the only thing i would suggest is a second shuttle. we waited for about 45 min when we arrived for the shuttle. Will stay here again.. December 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service at Restruarant The staff that was responsible for our morning breakfast buffet was exceptional. We had a little league team game to be played at the Dallas Cowboy Stadium Field and I was traveling with a small child and an elderly parent. The waiter Kim worked with me to make sure that my entire family was taken care of and was able to eat breakfast as a family, although we were running about 15 minutes late. Thank God for Ms. Kim, it is was not for her, I would have missed the opportunity to travel to the game and my son for the game. I will be returning to this hotel this summer in celebration of my Son's 12th birthday. He has decided he would like to spend his birthday weekend going to Six Flags, Wet-n-Wild, and the Grand Prairie Outlet Mall. Thank you for a great stay and an awesome experience. November 14, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great for kids I was there with my son's 10yr old football team. With the indoor pool and pool table in the restaurant, they were well entertained. The breakfast buffet left something to be desired, though. Many people in our party went to the IHOP out front for breakfast on our second day. They said they would rather pay a full price for breakfast than the discounted rate we were given as a group ! I was not happy upon check in with my room reservation as I had requested an adjoining room for my mother and was told when I made my reservations this would be no problem, especially given the length of time in advance I had made the reservations. We were given the option of being placed on another floor and we could have the adjoining room, but this would have made my son be on another floor, away from the rest of the team. Which was the reason we were there in the first place. Then to find out that another party had checked in to adjoining room next to my mother on our second night and we were not given the option of changing rooms was somewhat disappointing knowing that we had requested adjoining rooms initially. Also found a random hair, not my color, floating in my toilet when I checked in. November 13, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not so great This holiday inn is in a good location for events in the arlington area, but I would probably not use this one again. We had to wait about 30 minutes just to get a room because they didn't have them ready. Not that big of a deal, but after driving 5 hours with children the last thing you want to do is sit in the lobby and wait. Upon getting the room it smelled like a campfire for some strange reason. I could go on ,but I will just say it was mediocre.. Pass on this one :( November 13, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious, clean, relaxing. comfortable with excellent parking I like the spacious lounge area and common TV room that allows for viewing enjoyment on large screen without disturbing other guests. The little "store" selling knick-knack such as water and cookies...offers great convenience at 2-3 AM! Most of all I enjoyed the spacious double-bed room although I wish that the free coffee were of better quality. I commend in particular the courtesy and helpfulness of the staffs at the reception desk (Shea and Bernado (?)/driver. Finally, please add an entrance sign on the street. As of now you can see only the IHOP restaurant first. As it was at night time and dark when I first arrived, I missed the entrance all together! October 31, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great employee despite crazy door problem We had a very unusual problem during our stay that has never happened anywhere else before. We were locked out of our room for over 2 1/2 hours. For some reason the electronic/magnetic key device on the door stopped working so we were not able to get back in our room. We were offered another room but all of our things were already inside of the room we couldn't enter. The desk attendent, Shea, was fabulous! He tried to help get us into the room and called the maintenance man, and called us when the door finally opened to tell us we could come back. I know that it was a fluke thing but it terribly inconvenienced us since the door didn't open until almost 10:30 and I have two small children that were tired and up way past their bedtime, plus we needed to be up early for a very important event the next morning. The hotel was very clean but our room was really dusty, like it hadn't been used in a long time. Despite these two things, we would have had a great experience and I wouldn't be afraid to stay here again. October 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk Staff! The hotel was beautiful and the front desk staff was awesome! They greeted us and took great care of us! The restaurant and bar area was wonderful and the staff did a super job! The room was very nice and the bathroom was wonderful. the only thing I noticed were the sheets didn't smell fresh. I have a very sensitive nose so no one else can probably smell that musty sheet smell but me. It could of even been the pillow. It wasn't a big deal. Just wanted to let you know. Rooms were spacious and clean. Cleaning service offered a smile each morning and made sure we had all we needed. Bartenders and servers were very friendly and attentive. Jason, the bar manager, even took the time to introduce us to Chef Terrence to recommend we try some of his specialty meals. It is a place we will definately return. October 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Staff and Top Notch Hotel I have been staying at this location every week for over a month now and couldn't imagine a better place to stay while traveling for business. The staff is amazing. Luke usually checks me in and always greets me with a smile and thanks me for being a rewards member. He also goes out of his way to ask about how work is going and how my day has been. He is a very professional and caring person and does an outstanding job of making me feel welcome when I arrive. A few times it has been a manager who checked me in and he is also a genuinely nice person that truly cares about his guests. I have not checked in once without having a good conversation that left me feeling happier than I was before I arrived. Truly exceptional customer service. The food is great. Perfect beers on draft. Bartender is nice. Crazy indoor pool and hot tub. Decor is cool. Rooms are always perfectly clean. Overall amazing experience. This place blows away the last 4 star hotel I stayed in that was almost triple the price. Start charging more so you can give everyone here a raise! October 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Travel There were several large groups staying at the hotel at the same time, and the staff were great at juggling our needs. The room was clean and fresh with everything I needed almost every day. The only minor issue was at the restaurant with service ONE night and it was addressed immediately by the manager on duty and did not happen again. I would be happy to stay here again and would consider it for leisure travel as well. September 23, 2013

I had requested a room with two beds and when I arrived all they had was a room with a king bed. By making reservations well in advance I would have expected to get what I requested. I have stayed at this location before and had a very nice stay. I still will stay there again, but I am disappointed this trip. September 19, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by mass confusion I rarely stay at this property due to their poor performance in the business office. My last stay, Aug 19th through 21st was cut short due to finishing business early, thus getting to spend an extra night or two in my home/bed. Front desk gave me guff for checking out early and attempted to charge me for the next night. Lucky for me, the wizard behind the curtain granted this poor peasant a pass and explained to me how lucky I was to not be charged. Now the credit card statement comes in and yet again, they have charged 2 different credit cards, 2 different amounts. These guys just cannot get it right. Staff wonders around behind check in desk like they are lost. This happens every single time I stay here. thus why I only stay here as a last resort September 5, 2013
