My trip to the Holiday Inn, Arlington was a unexpected -- unfortunately my flight connected in Dallas, and I missed my connection due to trouble with the airline. It was 2:00 am when I arrived at the property and I was coming from California after an 8-hour delay and 3+ hour flight. American offered a voucher to stay at the Holiday Inn, Arlington. I was a little irritated and tired when I arrived, but the staff was quick and friendly to get me checked in and on my way to sleep. When I got to my room, it was clean, quiet and offered everything I needed for a quick rest.
Upon departure, I was distracted and left my phone charger behind. I called the hotel the next day to see if it was found the staff was super helpful. Bethany at the front desk called me back and was really responsive, letting me know it had been found. I sent her a shipping label to get the charger back and she took care of it, and worked with the hotel driver, Adrian to get it taken care of for me. They both went out of their way.
If I am in the area again I would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Not that other experiences at Holiday Inn have been bad, but this is a beautiful hotel. I took my cheer squad there for a competition. The only problem was that the website states free breakfast and under the government rate, they only gave one ticket per room per day. When there were 4 kids per room, that through a wrench in our meal planning. but other than that, it was an amazing experience.
