We chose this hotel because of the FREE shuttle pickup for the DC trolley tour. The shuttle pickup was 9 a.m. and left DC to return to the hotel at 5:30 p.m. Parking at the hotel is $16.00 overnight. It is covered indoor parking. A good deal considering we saw $48.00 in DC. The hotel has a restaurant/bar and the food was very good. There is a menu in your room and also a calendar of events/specials. The rooms are not large but we didn't need large. Comfortable for the two of us. I requested an upper floor figuring that it would be quiet and it was. We didn't hear any hallway noise. Room was very clean also. The front desk is extrememely helpful. We arrived around 11 a.m., too early to check in but they explained the parking and I asked for directions to the Metro. They had maps available. Metro is about 5 blocks and an easy, comfortable walk. So helpful. Also because we are priority club members, we received complimentary bottled water and snacks in our room. We are looking forward to returning and have recommended this hotel to others.

The staff was excellent. Candis at the front desk was most helpful.
Room was clean. The restaurant had an extensive menu for breakfast and got us off to a good start for the day. The hotel was within walking distance to the Crystal City metro stop for easy access to sights in and around DC. We took the shuttle to the station and then walked back to catch great dinner options at restaurants on 23rd St.
We had stayed here a few years ago and will choose this hotel when we return to the area.

Thank you so much for all the special accomdotions on our group's trip to DC. The facility was wonderful and the staff was always friendly. I especially want to commend Marco who served in the banquet breakfast and pizza party our group had while we were there. He went so above and beyond and was so accomodating to my family and my daughter's special needs. Thanks so much, it was a wonderful experience.
My biggest complaint was the pub/restaurant. Our group went out of our way to make sure the hotel knew that 70+ guests would likely be eating upon arrival. We waited well over an hour for cold food and high prices. There was only 1 staff to serve the entire bar and restaurant--simply unaaceptable. One visit was more than enough to convince us to eat elsewhere,
Overall we had a wonderful trip and the staff was very accomodating.

We were there for a reunion and all seems to have gone very well.
The restaurant evening staff when we got there after a long plane ride seemed to be tired and overworked, but very pleasant. The staff did not provide frresh towels and toiletry items on the second and third day. Good thing we had our own. The people were there to see made our stay outstanding.

This hotel is very convenient to the Reagan Airport, The rooms are comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, curteous and quick to greet you each time you walked in. Shuttle service was very good. Room was comfortable.

Really enjoyed staying in your hotel and the staff was truly welcoming and supportive. Couple minor items I hope can help. There is no TV in the Fitness Center. I actually left my head phones in my room as I figured I would keep the TV on...no such luck. The Pub is a great location, but the food was lackluster and not quite up to par with the price and what I was expecting. Enjoyed the rest of my experience and will visit again.

The hotel staff was awesome. Candice works at the front desk and Yannick is the office manager. They provided superior customer service and they greeted me with a smile every time I came and went.
