Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ups and downs I am a Holiday Inn Rewards member so I am a huge fan of them. This location was great for DC visit and the room was great. The bathroom needed a serious up grade, especially the tub. The tub was small. and stained. The pub restaurant was wonderful! The Breakfast restaurant was no so appealing and the service made just that worse. They sat us and forgot about us. Pancakes tasted like frozen food. The desk lady who checked us in was wonderful but the following day the desk clerk was less desirable and down right treated us like we were trash. Parking lot was very confusing and VERY tight squeezed. It was a nice hotel, just not as pleasant as others I have stayed in. January 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, friendly and comfortable I had a short but great experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and no weird smells. Quiet. The staff was super friendly ESPECIALLY when I was stupid and left my debit card at the bar/restaurant when I paid my tab. They came to my room to deliver it personally, I wasn't there at the time but the front desk let me know and were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend. January 23, 2015

The staff were very friendly and helpful during a stressful time (flight was cancelled!), and the hotel met all my needs for food (restaurants were excellent!) and rest, so I could continue working from my computer when unable to actually return home to my job. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight Stay The customer service was pretty bad after we checked in. We had the shuttle take us to the mall and when we were done we called and requested to be picked up. The front desk person, apparently forgot to tell the shuttle driver to pick us up. We waited in the cold for almost 40 minutes. The shuttle driver was unaware we needed to be picked up until we called back a second time to the front desk and they finally let him know. We dealt with the toilet being broken and running the whole night. The only person that seemed sorry was the shuttle driver. When we got back to hotel last night, neither one of the agents apologized. When we checked out this morning, the front desk agent did not seem concerned about our experience. I am really upset and as a loyalty member, I expect better service. January 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Great Experience After a long day, I arrived at the hotel. The airport shuttle took a bit longer than I anticipated, but it was very welcome. I had a drink in the bar after arriving and the staff was very accommodating... the whiskey I wanted was on the menu, but apparently not available on the bar. The lady at the bar tracked a bottle down after several unsuccessful searches. Success! I was tired, and slept like a baby until I had to get up in the middle of the night to work out... luckily the fitness center was 24 hours. The airport shuttle left for my 6AM flight precisely at 4:45 AM. Excellent service! I'll use this hotel in the future when I have to go to Washington DC. January 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service The staff at the front desk patiently explained how to use the metro system, and the shuttle crew always got us there and picked us up with no delays. We will definitely consider staying here again. Very friendly staff. Every employee always had a smile on their face as if they really enjoyed working there. January 9, 2015
