Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but eat somewhere else. This was a good hotel to spend the night at. It was packed for a 10 mile race that weekend but despite the number of people in the building, everything was very nice, upkept and any issues we had were quickly looked at. The only real issue my family and I had was with the food down in the lobby. The staff downstairs were very slow and we had to ask specifically for EVERYTHING. The staff didn't even take our order until we flagged down someone and asked them to. Same goes for water, drinks, utinsels, the check, etc. Aside from that, the room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The other facilities throughout the hotel were very nice and we felt right at home. Bottom line: Great place to stay in downtown DC but leave the building for food. You'll enjoy your stay more. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My stay at the Holiday Inn National Airport I had a double bed (full/queen size) at the 10th floor and found it very quite, clean and well furnished. The hotel looks very new and nice looking. The staff is very friendly, a special thank to Mrs Jennifer, at the front desk in the lobby, who was very professional and caring. A single remark goes on continental breakfast which could be better diversified. I would recommend the hotel October 26, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless Night If you want to sleep do not accept a room at the end of a corridor, next to the ice machine. We had an early morning flight so booked into this hotel to get a few hours sleep - was kept awake ALL night by other guests using the ice machine October 21, 2012

Each member of the staff you meet is focused on taking care of their guest. From a welcoming checkin; consistently clean and neat room; to the high level of service and quality selection of food in the bar and restaurant... Why would you want to stay anywhere else? This hotel competes with other world wide excellent hotel experiences. October 20, 2012
