Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Week in D.C. 8 days in DC and I picked to stay at the Holiday Inn Key Bridge because of the very short and level walk to the Rosslyn Metro station and to the Maine Corps Memorial. When I arrived I was very pleased to be recognized as a platinum elite member and even better being complimentary upgraded to room 901 a double balcony suite. Excellent and friendly staff at the front desk. The restaurant on the 17th floor is very good for breakfast and better at dinner. Reward club members get free breakfast and 20% off dinner. Restaurant staff were great. Plenty of FREE parking a rarity in DC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!! August 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great location and very clean Loved the deep pool. Balcony overlooking Georgetown. Clean and conveniently located near Metro and restaurants/Safeway. A few things to improve upon: fridge in room would be nice; swivel chair in room was broken; replace bags for ice bucket daily, please; low bathroom water pressure in sink. Overall very good. The only problem was the WiFi would not connect with my laptop and the front desk said they have been having problems with that but did not solve the situation. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by unfixed problems and difficulties nearly impossible to find a place to park and there are no exit lanes in garage so you have to do a ten pint turn to get a van out when you cannot find a place even worse we went to use the laundry facility on MOnday and it was broken, was told by front desk that it would be fixed on Tuesday check again Tuesday but it was still broken. front desk said fixed on Wednesday no good we were leaving on Wednesday and we had packed light because of knowledge that website says there is laundry available August 5, 2014

It was prearranged with sales that everyone's breakfast was to be including, however at check in about half of our group were given the wrong breakfast cards and received only one free breakfast. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by some hospitalities needed Hotel location was very good .easy access to metro(orange/blue line) and 5A bus to the Dulles Int'l airport. Room was clean but fridge and complimentary water needed. International call was not provided in my room though my deposit of credit card. Staff service of Vintage point rest was very poor. Some staff unfriendly ,what was worse, discriminate our group ,almost staff didn't guide seat and serve coffee to our members . Soup was very salty,no one wanted to eat.Lastly knife was not clean . Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No parking but good location We arrived around 7pm on a Friday night and we drove around in a few circles (and so did about five other cars at this time) trying to figure out where to park so we could check in but almost all the parking said reserved. So we eventually just blocked the door and went in assuming we would get assigned a reserved spot. Turns out that the reserved spaces are for commuters who pay monthly to park so there were still no available spaces. We ended up parking in metered parking for the day and then had to move the car into the parking garage the next day when someone left. The garages were so small and didn't have a way out so u had to get turned around in the lane. Somebody else hit another car just trying to get through the garage. Besides the parking issue the hotel was generally nice. The Internet kicked you off about every 20 minutes, the tv took it seemed like forever to load each channel, and the channel guide was wrong. Our room was right behind the elevators so we could hear them running constantly. We had a balcony and that was nice while being on the 16th floor, could hear the planes flying over every few minutes but they didn't bother us. The location was only a block to the metro station so it made it easy to get around. And they were a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The pool was ok but as usual there are a bunch of screaming kids so we didn't stay long. So overall it was ok just those little things that are aggravating that can damper a vacation. August 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location for DC vacation My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Coming from Nebraska, the prices seemed high, but then we are used to 'The Good Life'. The hotel is located across the street from the Rosslyn Metro, parking is included for free, and they have tours that pick up and drop off right at the hotel. The restaurant was pricey, but this seems to be the case with hotel restaurants (not sure why they overcharge their guests). All-in-all I'd recommend this location, just plan on eating out. The hotel is located no more than 2 blocks from the DC Metro train that can get you wherever you need to be. The hotel restaurant offered a breakfast buffet that was an exceptional value and very good as well. The room was comfortable and clean, A/C worked great and the shower was one of the best ones in any hotel that I ever stayed at. July 31, 2014

Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable, plus we had a beautiful view. The restaurant on the top floor had a beautiful view and great food which was reasonably priced. In the morning we had the breakfast buffet which was very good. Also, the waiters were very friendly and attentive. The bottom line is that we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. July 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful staff, convenient location, inadequate elevators For a hotel that has 17 floors and presumably hundreds of guest rooms, four elevators is painfully inadequate. I observed many people give up, after waiting for a while, and take the stairs instead. But I have MS, and taking the stairs can be tricky for me, so I waited (and waited, and WAITED) for the elevators. Sometimes, the wait exceeded 10-15 minutes. Other than the S-L-O-W elevators, the hotel was terrific! July 30, 2014

Due to our IHG member status, we were upgraded to a suite which was perfect since we were traveling with our young child. Since the bedroom was separate from the living area, we could watch TV/talk without disturbing her while she slept. Our room had new furniture and a great bed (Sealy?) which did not squeak. The room also had a dorm-size fridge and two TVs. The bathroom was a little small but worked well since there was also a sink and full-length mirror in the entrance area. We did hear the planes since the hotel is relatively close to the airport but got used to it after a day (I think this would be the case with almost all DC hotels due to the proximity of the airport). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great location This hotel has a great location to the Metro, good parking, decent breakfast and nice view from the restaurant. The rooms are updated except for the cramped bathroom. If only the bathrooms had a better showering area. Glass doors? The glass doors should be removed and replaced with a curved shower curtain rod that allows more room. I hit my elbows all the time when I am in the shower. July 27, 2014

The Rosslyn @ Key Bridge was the perfect home base for our adventure in America's Capital. The excellent amenities coupled with easy access to the Metro system and proximity to Georgetown shopping and dining resulted in a wonderful experience for all of us. The only issue identified was the long waits for elevator service in the a.m. Would not hesitate recommending this hotel for any pleasure/vacation travellers. ESK.
