Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Price was high, but in keeping with some others for a holiday weekend. Outdoor space was lovely. Breakfast was better than some continental. Coffee was good. Staff friendly. May 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Birthday celebration Met family members for a birthday celebration at a destination city, Asheville. Enjoyed the hotel and it's restaurant and pool. Would come back again. May 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great views Hotel was good location, nice views, had OK breakfast but was a little rustic (had deer head mounted on wall). Price is a little high (unless you have a discount - as we did) Was clean and staff was good. May 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Great hotel. Pet friendly. Beautiful, mountain decor May 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location, quiet room and comfortable bed The proximity of the hotel to the Blue Ridge Parkway and relative short distance to Biltmore Estate, was the primary reason for choosing this property. The property is very well maintained and a great value with the free hot breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was noteworthy. The room was quiet, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel met all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Asheville. May 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mountain Getaway Attended a business conference and was pleasantly surprised at the upscale rustic mountain decor. Rooms were large and included a real fridge May 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful destination We came back to this hotel because we wanted to travel with our dog this time. But the best part about this hotel is that it is the most inviting, friendly and welcoming place we've ever stayed. The staff, from the front desk people to the people cleaning the rooms to the people in the restaurant were extra friendly and helpful. We felt like we were part of a very large family. The grounds are very pretty and everything, from the location to the food to the dog-walking trail, was very convenient. We live very far from this hotel, and I can genuinely say that, after two stays here, we feel like it is our home away from home. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My favorite HI ever I had traveled all day then conducted a 3 hour class. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 and saw the wonderful patio outside. This was the first property I had stayed that had a bar and restaurant. I was thrilled! I went to the patio and there were not only tables but comfy outdoor couches. I chose one and the server that greeted me was really cute and attentive. She allowed me to relax while nicely informing me the kitchen would close in just a few minutes so I did need to order my food. I met another woman on the patio and we had a wonderful chat over a glass of wine. My room was like a soft and cozy cocoon. I hit the sack and slept like a log. This is my new Asheville hotel.
