Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Downtown Holiday Inn This was a great hotel to stay in. It was in close proximity to downtown. The complimentary shuttle back and forth was a great surprise! The fitness center is great, and the rooms with Jacuzzi's was great as well! You do have to pay for breakfast though. There's no complimentary continental breakfast option. January 21, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by POTENTIALLY GREAT I had a lovely jacuzzi suite but the heat didn't work in the room and it was bitter cold outside and very cold inside. The heater also was very noisy. Also, parts of the suite were not well lighted. And the light over the jacuzzi tub had a noisy vent. January 20, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay in Asheville! I stayed here recently and really enjoyed the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable and everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy. I've had a few stays in my travels where I stand at the desk for 5-10 minutes waiting and waiting. Not the case here! Breezed right through and up to my room! I would definitely recommend this hotel to those passing through or just looking for a comfortable stay in Asheville! January 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This place exceeded my expectations If you want a reasonably priced, exceptionally clean, close to downtown place to stay, this is it! The staff was friendly and checked me in right away. We needed a couple of extra pillows and they were brought up within 5 minutes. The room was large, clean and quiet. We originally were going to stay at another IGH resort style hotel, but when I took one look at the resort we changed our reservation to here. I am 100% glad that I did. This place blew them out of the water. When I go back to Asheville, I will definitely stay here again. January 14, 2016

So far this holiday Inn had been one of the worst when it comes to front desk costumer service. Staff not friendly at all, they don't greed, and when they do its like they are forced to.
