Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did not clean my room after explicitly asking them Stayed 2 nights - first night OK, but there was some stuff (trash) from previous guest in our room. Second night we came back to a room that had not been cleaned at all - despite both myself and my wife explicitly asking and pointing to our room that it was ready to be cleaned and made up - so we had an unmade bed and no clean towels on our return from our day out. I blame the management for hiring or not training cleaning staff who can't even speak rudimentary English. They should at least understand the words please clean our room. Very disappointed in this Holiday Inn. November 20, 2015

Staff was very willing to provide this and offered shaving items too. Rooms were comfortable and did the job. November 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Location of room I booked a room on July 28, 2015 for a stay from November 13 through November 15. Due to travel time from home we were not able to arrive at the hotel until after 7:30 p.m. The room we were assigned was on the lobby level next to the elevator. I was extremely disappointed. I did express my disappointment and was told they had no more rooms but I was offered a smoking room. I was told that the lobby closed and at 10:00 p.m. and should be fairly quiet after that. I was also told that rooms were assigned on a first come first served basis. We left to meet family and when we returned after 10p.m. and there were still people in the lobby with a great deal of noise, I again complained. I was told that maybe they could move us on Saturday to a different room. I returned to my room and turned on the fan to drown out the noise from the elevator and the lobby. I then received a note under the door lowering the rate of my room cost and an additional points to my IHG rewards. This was a nice gesture however, if one reserves a room 3 1/2 months ahead of the arrival, I think the guest should not be given this location. Next time I make a reservation - I will request a quiet location.... November 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and Conveniences in our room The bedding, mattress, pillows, blankets, were exceptional. The room was quiet for sleeping and very clean. The availability of outlets and USB ports for electronic devices the best I have seen, no crawling around looking for an outlet. We took advantage of the large and comfortable lobby and lounge during our visit. Our stay met and exceeded every expectation. Thank You. November 15, 2015
