Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experiance There was no air conditioning in the room or it did not work. As it was very hot that day we had to have the windows open all night as it was overlooking a main road and a motorway, the noise all night meant we had hardly any sleep. There was no WIFI reception in the room. I was able to receive WIFI in the corridor outside, but not in the room. I reported it to the desk, and he logged the problem for maintainance to fix sometime. We were not offerred another room that had WIFI so I thought that was poor service. July 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice hotel great service My wife and I have just spent a most enjoyable four night stay at holiday inn ashford north the staff were most helpful .the room was spotless credit to the housekeeping staff ,the food in the restaurant was most enjoyable the menu was not overpowering just a very nice choice again the breakfast very good choice would we stay here again when in the area .A BIg Fat Yes. must just mention a nice quite room 131. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value Good stay. On arrival three notices were off putting i.e. one lift out of service, ice machine not in operation, room window hinge broken. Lift was re commissioned during our stay. Overall this did not spoil our experience July 15, 2014
