We stayed here at the beginning and end of holiday to Disneyland Paris.
The room we had on the first night was OK, except we were surprised to find half a carton of cranberry juice in the cupboard, a champagne cork under the desk and a receipt next to the bin, otherwise cleanliness in both the room and the bathroom was good.
It's not really a complaint but personally we did find the hotel rooms rather hot. We turned the radiator off, had the air conditioning on and also the first night we had the window open (even though it was frosty#.
We also found the road noise quite loud, even with the windows shut #amazingly there is no double glazing).
The rooms are lovely and spacious with comfortable beds and we could not fault the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We would use this hotel again.

Stayed here as a stopover on the way back from the continent at Easter.
Easy to get to, just five minutes off the motorway.
Room was pretty spacious, very up together.
There was plenty of free parking available.
We didn't eat in the hotel but in the Hop Picker pub next door. I think this is part of the hotel group due to the same wines on the menu. Had a very nice meal and finished our wine sat in front of an open fire which was very nice.
Service was good and staff friendly.
The bar area could do with a little more sofa style seating, but thats not a complaint, more of an observation.
Had a great stay and would definately use the hotel again.

We had a fabulous room, 3 of us sharing and we had lots of space. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh as was the food at our evening meal We are due to go back a couple of times this year and that value is phenomenal. Looking forward to our next stay

Ashford North Holiday Inn is ideally situated - it is close to the tunnel and the local leisure park with cinema and restaurants. We took a family room which is very spacious and has a separate sleeping area for the children. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Good breakfast to set us on our way after a good nights sleep.

We have been coming to the same Hotel for about 20 years and have seen all the changes to both staff and hotel.
Rory looks after our bookings and all the staff both departed and current always make us feel very Welcome.

Spacious family room has an alcove with two single beds. Comfortable and convenient for families. Plenty of room left in the main room for excitable kids or a crib.

I have stayed at this Hotel before but on business. This time my wife and daughter were with me. They were thrilled with the family room that we stayed in. Excellent, comfortable and clean room with everything we wanted in our accommodation.
Our evening meal was very good. My wife who would describe herself as fussy when it comes to her food thought our meal was nothing but first class. The only bad mark would come from the fact that we were not offered an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne we had ordered, mind you it was provided when we asked for one.
It has to be said that the staff were most helpful throughout the brief stay.
There was a Christmas party in the hotel that evening which my wife did worry about but we were placed far enough away from it.
Breakfast was again very good and the stay managed to finish off our excursion to Euro Disney extremely well.

This HI is nicely situated some 7 minutes from the M20 and although close to the motorway was not noisy.
A good sized room with usual HI equipment.
The bathroom was not up to standard and cleanliness around the toilet was sady lacking.

Excellent room but poor service at dinner in the hotel dining room, over two hours for a two course meal. Far too long with children involved.
Although I made a complaint at the check in desk no one bothered to contact me.

The Hotel was very good in terms of room, reception staff and overall comfort. I regret I cannot say that for the breakfast service. The staff on duty seemed more concerned with their mobile phones, and getting finished and away from the service. I do not appreciate while having my breakfast the noisy and unnecessary clearing of tables of crockery etc 30 mins before the restaurant is due to close. Some serious customer service training is needed in this area.

Room was satisfactory and beds good
Meals ranged from just all right to appalling, esp the meal on the third night of our stay was awful,
It was written as goujons and chips.Three very small goujons were supplied just enough for a child's portion
The chips had clearly been heated up and came dark brown and overdone
This was very bad value,overpriced and not even good
Over the years we have stayed at a number of Holiday Inns and though none of them were really good this was by far the worst
and I would suggest to guests not to eat at the hotel13

Arrived at hotel to be pleasantly surprised by quiet location, although sat nav said hotel was on bridge over M20, was actually about 1 mile away from motorway, so very peaceful. Staff were very helpful and kept calm while I had rant about sat nav. Hotel reception very clean, rooms also very clean. Highly recommend a stay here, I will be, next time I travel.

My stay of two nights and three days was characterised by friendly and helpful service from the conference staff.
There was a good range of breakfast food . Lunchtime sandwiches from the Hop-pickers were good value and tasty for conference attendees although Staff were unsure of the reductions available for conferences
Just a couple of "gripes" . Sometimes there do not seem to be any staff around(at the bar for example). At the Hop-pickers service is quite slow for food and in one case a totally incorrect meal was delivered. Staff said "sorry" -quite a lot. The slate griddles may be great for those who like the smell of searing flesh - but for my vegetarian companion the flavoured smoke (and there was quite a lot of it) was overpowering.

We were placed in room 206, and the noise from the M20 motorway kept us both up all night.
The constant noise from all the traffic all night was unbearable.
Every time a lorry went past, the table lamp next to the bed rattled......
The M20 is a very busy motorway, and doesn't stop all night..
Would certainly not stay in this hotel again.
