When we arrived there was one person on reception. Three hours later, after a (disappointing) meal, the same staff member was still on reception, with a similarly long queue. On returning to the room, I found that the key card didn't work. I had to queue up for 25 (yes, 25!) minutes to get this resolved, on top of the 15 minutes I'd already spent queuing up on check-in in the first place.
By the time it was resolved (at 11pm), a second member of staff had (just) appeared.
But this was unacceptable. I was disgusted, and remain so.

I stayed in this hotel one night, as I had an early flight and needed to be close to the airport. The hotel was great, friendly staff, and the shuttle was very convenient.

The general service in the hotel is very, very poor. The staff are far from friendly and it seems they lack training! There is also not enough staff for the size of the hotel.
