Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service After staying the previous night in a hotel which shall remain nameless, and kept me up all night with a great combination of horrible pillows and a thermostat that kept clicking on and off every 5 minutes (I timed it, I was awake that much), I wasn't very excited about another night in a hotel - I was exhausted. To my relief I found that the pillows were infinitely better (in fact I want to know where to get some the same!), the bed comfier, and the best of all - the thermostat was better behaved and less noisy! I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice, although unnecessary given how long I was going to spend there. Perhaps that was due to having just signed up for the rewards club. The free internet access (which might also be a perk of the rewards club) worked well, once I located the card with instructions in the huge living area I wasn't using. When leaving, I could see the shuttle bus parked outside my window (I was on the ground floor), but by the time I had walked around to exit at the lobby, it had gone. I thought I'd just wait for the next one in 20 minutes, but about 5 or so minutes later, the driver of the shuttle that was meant to be reserved for airline crew took pity on me, as he said the other shuttle was running a bit late, which I really appreciated. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and Accommodating Pleasantly surprised when we had an unexpected layover in Atlanta and stayed here. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The biggest impression was with the staff and their service -- so friendly, so upbeat and so helpful. They just seemed generally happy as a crew -- and that is contagious! The room was comfortable and spacious; actually made us wish we were staying longer to enjoy all the amenities! The complimentary breakfast was scrumptious -- and again, the service was spectacular. This hotel is very close to the airport and the rates were more than reasonable for such value. Thank you! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My experience Over all my stay was okay. A few service that could use improvement.......buffet food on both Saturday and Sunday was cold. They ran a skeleton crew in the restaurant. The wait for drinks, utensils, and napkins were extremely long, but they were friendly. Parking...yes I was in Atlanta but I still feel that your guest should not be charged to park at the hotel they are staying. I know must large cities have resorted to getting an extra dollar out of their customer but don't agree with this. I have no choice but to park my vehicle at the hotel so you can charge any amount.
