Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by First stay was awesome, this one.....eeehhh The power outage we suffered seemed to unravel the staff. Hotel was hot and standby generators ran only the meekest of comforts. Breakfast staff the following day all appeared to be new hires and were not attentive at all. Such a shame, as our first stay was incredible! FYI the shrimp primavera is incredible! June 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly trained staff with barely a welcome. I never felt welcome by the vast majority of the staff. You could walk around all day and hardly any of the staff would acknowledge you or say hello. The service in the restaurant is lacking and is evident by the lack of attention to requests and the underwhelming response to them. I've rarely seen such inconsistently poor service. June 22, 2015
