Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff friendliness a plus!! Even though staff was exceptional, there seemed to be many in-house communication problems, which created several ongoing problems for me. The confusion related to fire safety procedures, notification of housekeeping concerning individuals' checkout times, and how in-house purchases, were verified or charged to a person's card. Even with the several things that did arise, staff was always attentive, friendly, and willing to make the necessary changes that they could. February 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Enjoyed my stay I missed my 6:00 flight out of ATL. I went to the ground transportation area and saw the shuttle driver standing by the bus. I asked him about the rates and he told me an accurate number. I said I was interested and he called the desk to ensure that rooms were available at that price. He found out there were available rooms and I got on the shuttle. The front desk was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Had dinner at the Waffle House across the street. That's about it. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to test the additional amenities like the gym, pool, laundry service so I cannot speak to any of that. Generally satisfied with the overall service. February 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by It's a shame Arrived for 3 night stay to find gated and fenced parking. I hate paying to park at a hotel. So, add $12 a day to your room price. Got up first morning, and no hot water. Called the desk, and got the obligatory "we're sorry", but it would be at least an hour to fix the boiler. Left the property late for an 8 hour convention. In - house phone rings at around 1am. I'm awakened to be told that Security is at my door. I asked why, he says, oops, maybe wrong room. Calls back and says no, Security is at my door. I get up, get dressed go to the door, and Security guy says, he's sorry. Obviously, I was sleeping. He claims someone called claiming noise, and smell of "weed" coming from near my room. He leaves. Next morning, no hot water again! This time front desk sends maintenance. He fixed it within half an hour, but I'm late for day 2 of my convention. I return from my convention, and stop at front desk to explain my issues to date, and all I get is another obligatory "sorry", and a free drink coupon. It's a shame because someone spent good money renovating this property. Someone definitely needs to teach some customer relations and service. February 4, 2016

The elevators on the other hand always gave the feeling of going to break down and get someone stuck. They operated as if they had bad sensors and worn parts. Breakfast staffing was poor and could never find silverware. February 4, 2016

Shonte, at the front desk, along with her fellow staff members did double duty on a night with inclement weather. They handled some distressed passengers with the utmost professionalism. Everett, in the lounge, was also able to complete some last minute, closing requests from late arriving customers. Overall, very nice job by all from my perspective! February 3, 2016
