I loved the fact that I had several pillow types on the bed to choose from because this is usually uncommon. The room was very clean and the sheets and bed were really comfortable.
The hotel is a bit 'dated' in some common areas but overall it was clean, comfortable and the room service staff was very accommodating and nice.

I had the worst experience at this Particular Holiday Inn. Ive stayed at other Holiday Inn's and this was the worst experience. Im a Gold member and was put in a horrible room. I asked for a microwave and refrigerator and was told it would be 20 for microwave and 20 for fridge also. The lady at the desk was very rude and act like she could care less about me being comfortable. So I would never stay there again or recommend any one from the Department of Defense to stay there either. My company was thinking about having a Christmas Party there and I told them that We wouldnt get treated good if they had it there. So I hope you give your staff an Ethics class or some type of training so that they will treat future guess alot better. I can promise you that any of my co-workers returning from Afghanistan will not be staying in your Holiday Inn. I will send them to Camp Creek or Stone Crest Holiday Inn, any where but Downtown Capital Holiday Inn.

I stayed here recently for 3-4 days. The food quality is poor and the prices are extreme. The wifi was slow, if working at all the entire time that I was there. The conference rooms were freezing. Besides the stadium, not really anything to do within walking distance. The night shuttle driver Mike was awesome, unfortunately the shuttle will only carry you within a 3 mile range and stops at 1030pm. Not my favorite Holiday Inn.

I had a rough go at this place. I checked in past midnight and they put me in a room that had an bizarre recurring noise. They then moved me to a room that was at least 95 degrees. The service was mediocre at best. Not great treatment for someone who is Platinum with IHG. They didn't even offer up a bottle of water.

This hotel is a joke most of the staff is rude the elevators stayed broken the entire time and the rooms are extremely over priced

The staff was very professional and quick to resolve any issues. Mike the shuttle driver was a riot! He was funny, very attentive to customer needs and always had a smile on his face. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi, it was non existent, I could not connect from my room the entire time I was on property.

No shuttle bus to the airport, although a vehicle sat outside. Front desk called a taxi which was there in under 5 minutes. No wifi available on the 9th floor - they were working on it - but notification when the room was allocated would have been helpful. Otherwise well up to the standard one would expect, with courteous and helpful staff, and good facilities.

This Holiday Inn is not like a normal H.I. The rooms are upgraded for Priority club Members and the beds are the most comfortable that I have slept in. I am a travel rep. and I work 6 states and stay in hotels 120 nights a year and this is the best sleep bar none. The on site restaurant is quality tasting food and well proportioned however a little over proced but pay for conveinence. The Staff is the bomb. The best staff in the hotel industry consistently that I have kinown in 28 years of traveling. Lisa, Rosie, Laike, Gwendlyn are simply AWESOME and always willing to assist and so nice always. I love the fact that they remember who I am and know my needs on every return. Sam in the restaurant is a blast to talk to and always courteous and professional when helping customers, but a very nice guy. The only negative I have to say is they need more luggage carts, lol. 6 or 8 is not enough for that size of hotel.
