Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than average experience Had a great stay at this HI. The staff was especially stellar - smiling, professional, welcoming. They took care of a minor problem I had with the reservation and everything was fine. My only requests would be complimentary coffee in the lobby as I didn't want to wake my daughter with the coffee maker in the room. The other would be to put a fan in the bathrooms. ;) September 28, 2015

She took time to find restaurants, bars and places to visit that would suit our group. Tracey's friendly smile and positive attitude along with her commitment to quality customer service would be the reason to stay here again. The entire staff was great and very friendly. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Inconvenienced staff Hotel had a nice location. Staff was preoccupied with personal matters and unable to identify me as a preferred guest until I asked for my points to be added to my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, but not quiet (there was a rally that began at 7 am in centennial park on Sunday, and the room overlooked the park and the loud music that began playing and could be both felt and heard at the 10th floor) Toilet was malfunctioning (the release flap on the flush valve was rotted through) and thus had to be manually reset after each flush- maintenance was unavailable to fix during our stay September 23, 2015
