Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1 night stay was ok Upon arrival in The ATL, I think it's important that Valet open the car doors for it's customers. Isn't that southern hospitality? Esp the driver even more so for the women and offer to remove luggage from car. Offer bell service . My arrival was less than stellar and disappointing. The front desk rep was very good. He accommodated my room request. Room service was prompt , however, the food: crispy chicken salad was overly cooked, dry, not edible. The room condition was fine. Need a shower cap for the bathroom Check out was easy Tracey is an excellent example of great, personable service. She was very helpful, friendly. The valet took care of us upon our exit. My experience was the best on check out than check in. Imagine that, better service leaving than coming in. Not acceptable but train your staff for consistency in excellent service. April 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Issues TV channels not available for several hours. Housekeeping didn't service the two rooms I was assigned on one day both on same floor 5th. The next day I had to request service and it didn't appear the room had been vacuumed. In room 524 below the TV the outlet covers were all pulled away from the wall. April 18, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great location but poor service When I went to make our original reservation the poor girl could never spell my name right, neither did the next poor girl when I explicitly spelled it out so everytime I called no one was ever able to find out reservation. But that's not all we get all the way to the hotel and the front desk not only charged our card 3 times but put us in a room with a broken chair, television that didn't work, but a bathroom that had obvious water damage so no towels were dry when we called for new ones they said they were sending more up but never got them. Then the next morning we got our invoice and they charged us 2 times for parking. There were 3 people that I can say actually helped us was Phil, at the front desk, and the two gentleman that runs the parking detail. Everyone else had such bland personalities and didn't act like they wanted to be there much less to actually help someone. April 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The staff was exceptional. We arrived on a Saturday evening and it took three hours to get to the hotel from the airport with all of that time sitting in traffic in downtown Atlanta. There were a few events going on and the hotel staff said that their road is usually backed up with traffic. The police need to do a better job moving the traffic. April 16, 2015
