Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded my expectations! Our stay at this Holiday Inn was overall excellent. Check in and valet was easy and efficient. All staff we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Our room was up to date and clean. Location of the hotel was totally convenient for access to the nearby convention center. Room service was efficient, tasty and a good value. Kids eat free even if you purchase just one adult meal! I would stay here again. February 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very crowded breakfast area in town for a very large cheer event at the convention center. During breakfast times, there was a very long wait for a table to sit to access the breakfast buffet (which was not free with the room). Luckily, I provided myself adequate time and was able to wait, eventually be seated and finish in time to meet my departure time. Positive note: the staff were very friendly and attentive, apologized many times for the wait and always kept the buffet fully stocked. It was seating that was the issue. There was an attached bar area that was closed with extra seating (high tops) that should have been opened up to accomodate for the large crowds. February 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and Easy Check-in This hotel is virtually at capacity every weekend throughout the year accommodating all events in the downtown area and STILL maintains clean, refreshing rooms. I know from experience how hard it is to maintain one rental unit in Myrtle Beach, SC and keep it presentable. Their turnover of guests from week to week is without a doubt a major challenge to maintain the hotel to the highest standards. I am totally amazed. I recommemd it to everyone!! February 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in the area by far I stay in Atlanta often. Last week I stayed part of the week in a nearby 4 star hotel but had to change hotels part way through the week. Holliday Inn far surpassed the other in quality and service. Tracy met me with a genuine smile, offered to let me check in early, gave me a complimentat water bottle. That evening the was complimentary cheese and crackers. Overall, I had a much more pleasant experience and will stay at Holliday Inn from now on. Thanks Tracy and thanks Holliday Inn, you've made a return customer out of a frequent traveler who appreciates good service. February 15, 2015
