Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bill info was not accurate When I made the reservation, I was told that my credit card wasn't going to be charged, only was to be used to hold the room. However, that didn't happen, instead they charged my credit, even though we paid in cash. We check out on the morning of May 2,. It is wednesday afternoon and my card is still charged. I've made some inquiries and I have received different responses such as: 24 hours; 3- 5 days. Not a consistent response on that issue. Thank you, May 4, 2016
