Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Good and The Bad Check-In and out were hassle free. On-Duty Manager Lenord, great job! Very pleasant attendant at the desk during my check out as well. I wish that I could have gotten her name... Very nice! I cannot say the same about the Property Manager Princess (I believe that is her postion), bad attitude! She might need to undergo extensive training on customer service because apparently she has forgotten what it entails. April 28, 2015

Steak dinner overcooked but i didn't report until next dining in. Head manager talkative and always smiling to guests and always visible. April 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff We were happy to see that they were renovating the lobby area. The staff was so friendly it kind of shocked me a little. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to see the rooms up to date. We were pleased with the breakfast in the hotel and the staff did everything to make sure we had what we needed. We wanted to make our breakfast plates and bring them up to our room. One of the employees saw I wanted coffee and made a whole tray setup with coffee, cream, sugar, spoons and cups so I was able to take it to our room. Those are the little things that will keep us coming back. Every employee that I came into contact with was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you so much! April 14, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Renovations and Interuptions This property was under heavy renovation when I visited and it was even unclear how to enter the property. At 6am in the morning I got a knock on the door claiming to be hotel security and I should open up as he had a hair brush. I did not ask ask for a hairbrush. 10 minutes later the desk called and asked why I did not want my hairbrush. This was extremely frustrating. The bar area was in a conference room. The breakfast was good though. April 7, 2015
