Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Stay Booked this hotel, expecting nothing but the best but I was 100% wrong. From the time we checked in we had no water in the hotel what so ever. We were told excuse after to excuse. The staff did not help with their poor customer service. The manager was a little helpful but still left a lot to be desired. September 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good value. Going through renovations at this time. Hope you add HD TV. Restaurant is due for much needed improvement. Furniture old. Have on and off problems with internet connection. Went down the street to McDonalds and connected right away. Need to do something about the loud fans in baths. AC is always set at 60 when we arrive. Why so cold? September 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation Needed The property is in need of major updates. During my two night stay the water pressure was low to none. The entire hotel did not have water for over four hours. My television didn't work either. Outlet covers did not cover the hole for the receptacle. The dining room chairs were torn, the floors were sticky, and the hostesses asked for my drink order and never brought it to me. I had to get my own juice and water. The atmosphere was "kids running a hotel" feel. From poor posture to hanging up on guests while I was being checked in. September 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Was staying at this facility for medical reasons and I like the Staff Excellent staff who will and are making a difference in each and every customers stay. Ruby with housekeeping is very outstanding. Also the staff at check in, the GM, and the maintenance staff were there to help make your stay a pleasant one. Security was also very visible that kept noise level down after eleven P.M. Will return to this location on my next visit to Atlanta. August 29, 2014

Mr. Leonard and Ms. Yasmin were very pleasent and professional in accomodating our needs. I hate that the breaksfast buffet isnt free anymore but I understand that is out of the staffs control.
