Could not find specific docking stations for cell phones and computers. The outlets were hard to find. Breakfast buffet was warm and quite a bit of a selection. September 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Experience and wondeful stay I came in tired from my trip and was quickly checked in. My stay was very pleasant and breakfast was wonderful and hot every morning. Staff was very friendly always greeting me as i arrived for the evening. I must say I will return due to one staff member that went above and beyond and kept a smile the whole time. My bill was incorrect due to my own mistake and April took the extra time to make all the corrections which took sometime but she did it and still managed to answer the never ending ringing phone. This correction saved me a very generous amount of money. Thank you April I look forward to seeing you again in the near future. September 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, pleasant staff Stayed for 5 nights for a conference. Nice rooms and staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast could have been a bit better, but for being "free" with the room, it wasn't bad. Only thing I thought was in dire need of improvement was the condition/smell of the carpets inside of the elevators and the hallways! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Pleasant Surprise for a Change!!! Booked this hotel expecting the usual over-priced, low-value boxy room, sloppily cleaned and made up. What a pleasant surprise from the moment we walked in. A large lobby, wide hallways, and a spacious guest room fully furnished and with adequate room to actually get around and not feel confined. And everything was spotlessly clean! Perhaps the biggest surprise was the two meal chits provided with our guest room cards. These were for a free hot breakfast in an actual dining room with a buffet line laden with everything you could expect from a restaurant...freshly scrambled eggs. bacon, sausage, various fruits, juices, breads and waitresses bringing you coffee, etc.. What a great way of starting the day after years of getting sparse faux foods and stale carbohydrates for the "free" breakfast. The staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful and actually cared! We returned a week later and everything was the same. What a great stay. P.S. My wife wanted to steal the mattress and pillows they were so comfy. August 31, 2014

The staff was very good in trying to meet my needs but i assume the people cooking the food was slow and messed my order after i was waiting more than 15minutes for it to come out. and it took awhile for the tables to be clean when people were coming in to sit and eat. the staff helping us and serving us was polite and they removed the pancake order from my bill when i asked them to when the pancakes came out undercooked July 16, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Watch your wallet!! Made reservations at one rate, checked in and being charged a different rate. Called IHG care and negotiated yet another rate! Checked out and paid yet another rate. Called IHG once again and promised a response in 48 hours, we are now approaching 96 hours and no response. Very disappointing as I have stayed here since it opened. NEVER AGAIN. July 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent room The room was excellent: larger than most standard kings, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying one night, continuing our travel the next morning. When we arrived at home and checked our credit card charges, there was an extra $47 charge. A call to the hotel revealed that we were charged for a blanket which we had removed from the bed and placed in the closet. The charge was removed quickly once the blanket was found. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service I stay in Holiday Inn's around the globe around 2-4 nights a month. This was possibly the worst experience I have had to date. I wanted to pay for a movie to watch in the room but there was some issue that wasn't taken care of when I checked in regarding my credit card. So I had to call down to the front desk to take care of it. The gentleman working didn't understand what the issue was and it took him close to 45 min to fix the issue. By this time I was over watching the movie and was almost asleep. Next day I went to iron my wife's shorts and the iron completely ruined her new shorts with a type of melted "goo" on them. She contacted the Front Desk and said the lady who takes care of the issues will be in the tomorrow. My wife sent her a nice email regarding the issue. The next day my wife went and spoke with the designated individual and the she seemed annoyed that my wife knocked on her office door after being instructed to by the FD. Then continued to give my wife 4 steps in order to receive reimbursement for the shorts. They cost $45. You think they would have been able to fix the situation right then an there but that apparently would have been too easy. June 11, 2014

The pool was tiny and was frequently closed for maintenance. The gym consisted of two functioning cardio machines, there is a lot of room for improvement there. The laundry facilities were smelly, fairly priced, and cleaned reasonably well when the single laundry set wasn't already being used. June 9, 2014
