The vending machines on every floor were out of comission. The washing machine on our floor was out of comission and there was not a dryer in the entire hotel. 3 nights in a row of repeated calls to the front desk begging for the neighboring room to quiet down, ranging from midnight to 4am. The basketball team in the adjacent room was loud and running around on the floor. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They had one handicap accessible room so they could not move us and apparently they couldn't move the basketball boys or maybe ask them to leave. I am so disappointed and if my husband hadn't booked a 10 day stay we would have left.

Very busy week with lots of teams in hotel. We stay every year this same time. Beds and pillows are top quality. Breakfast is wonderful and free. Staff busy but didn't great job keeping up. April at front desk has been here last three years when we stay and she is amazing handling every thing that comes her way. Seems like she works all the time. Thank you young lady for making our stay a enjoyable one. See you for sure next year.

The beds are really confortable, the location is good if you travel by car and parking.
The hotel was very busy, so the breakfast buffet was almost empty. No forks, knives available. There was only one employee to take care of everything. Housekeeping forgot to leave enough towes (only 2 for 4 people) and no floor towel. One of the only 2 had big brown stains on it (dirty towel).

We arrived late without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised at the great rate and it included breakfast! The front desk staff was very helpful and helped us find a great restaurant for a late dinner!
The breakfast was very nice, not your usual buffet! We drove exploring 7 southern states and this was the best place we stayed! Clean, comfortable, and friendly!

This Holiday Inn is easily the worst managed Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in over a 100 Holiday Inn/IHG brand hotels. I checked out early after two nights and moved to a different IHG hotel in Augusta. The management problems are most obvious during the weekend breakfast. The staff appeared disorganized and overwhelmed. On both mornings I went down for the breakfast and there was nowhere to sit and no silverware to eat with. It was so bad that I left to go across the street to a Waffle House. Also, this hotel never credited my account with the IHG Welcome Amenity points that I was offered during the check in. I will never stay here again and recommend you avoid until the management is improved.

We were so happy with the looks and cleanliness of the lobby and room. The hotel staff was outstanding and very helpful. Breakfast was great. The African American waitress/server was outstanding, attentive, friendly and smiled when she spoke to us. This lady is an asset to Holiday Inn.

It would have been nice to enjoy our four night stay but we paid too much for this hotel that was supposed to be a 4 star. Turned out to be a 1 or 2 star at best. Will not stay again.

The staff is wonderful, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone that is planning on staying in the Augusta area. Their rooms are clean and you can teill that the showers have been cleaned and not just having the towels changed out between guests.
