Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by internet not delivered as promised you advertise free internet access. on 7/31 internet not working in your business center. front desk person said he would reboot & that did not help on 8/1 internet not working again and front desk staff of april & nekia said it was ' intermittent '. they needed to put a ' not working ' sign on business center. they refused to make an adjustment on the bill & referred me to asst manager debra patridge instead. you need to be honest about the service you supply. internet is not one you supply at this location based on this experience. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Can't sleep in a warm room. The number one thing a hotel should do is provide a good night's sleep. I cannot sleep in a warm room and the room I was in stayed warm all night. It was too late and bothersome to switch rooms by the time I got back to the hotel. Everything else was fine. July 31, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 10 nights at The Holiday Inn Express. The vending machines on every floor were out of comission. The washing machine on our floor was out of comission and there was not a dryer in the entire hotel. 3 nights in a row of repeated calls to the front desk begging for the neighboring room to quiet down, ranging from midnight to 4am. The basketball team in the adjacent room was loud and running around on the floor. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They had one handicap accessible room so they could not move us and apparently they couldn't move the basketball boys or maybe ask them to leave. I am so disappointed and if my husband hadn't booked a 10 day stay we would have left. July 26, 2015
