Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay...Highly recommend To be honest, I expected the Holiday Inn to be an enclosed facility and wasn't happy as I pulled in to see that the rooms are open to the outside. However, after seeing the room and accommodations, my opinion changed. The room was clean and very nice for the price I paid. Also, my electronic keys did not originally work and one of the employees noticed this and went back to the front desk and activated them for me so I did not have to. The breakfast was delicious and the staff seemed to go out of their way to be courteous and polite to everyone there. Overall an excellent stay and can't be beat for the price. March 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Airport shuttle At this particular hotel I was told that there was no need to show up at the airport too early because they did not even open until 5 AM so myself and other customers were transported to the airport and due to the airport policy of checking in 30 minutes before your flight every person missed their flight. As I was talking to the other customers while we watched our plane take off without us everybody said to each other the same thing they were told not to be there too early by Holiday inn/hotel staff. If I were to ever stay at this property again I would most definitely rent a car and not rely on the Holiday inn shuttle. I am a platinum member with Holiday inn and this is one of the first surveys I've ever filled out I was highly disappointed with the airport shuttle if hotel staff recommends something they should know what they're talking about this cost me to be late to an appointment in Milwaukee March 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't sink, Swim Three day conference downtown Augusta. Instead of staying there i decided to stay with Holiday Inn/Express. I am a loyal member. This hotel needs an upgrade and better access from the main parking to the rooms. Not able to feel secure with the open resort type setting. March 4, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good customer service; lacking in appearance I stayed here for upcoming military training for one night. I checked in late and was gratefully upgraded to a better room. Food options were limited. Stop at exit 2 or elsewhere before coming to hotel if past 8 pm. The lighting in the lobby and surrounding area was dim. The restaurant was closed. February 27, 2015

It was smaller than most Holiday Inn's and I usually don't stay in places where the door opens to the outside. Other than that, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly!
