I am regular customer to this location, but this time my carpet room was so dirty. Until bottom of my sock become black and sticky .Also dusty. I am really disappointed. I hope hotel management can improve housekeeping service. Thank you

I MOSTLY STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN ON BE LAIR ROAD, I TRIED THIS ONE BECAUSE IT WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER [YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR] I ASK FOR A CLOSE ROOM OR BREAKFAST BECAUSE MY WIFE IS HANDICAPPED, WE HAD TO DRIVE AROUND THE BUILDING BECAUSE THE WALK WAS TO FAR. I ASK FOR ORANGE JUICE THEY SAID IT WAS A 3 DOLLAR CHARGE, I NEVER PAY AT THE OTHER HOLIDAY INN AND THEY ARE BOTH IN AUGUSTA. THE VARIETY OR BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE COMPARE TO THE OTHER HOTEL. I AM A CLUB MEMBER ASK OR LATE CHECK OUT DID NOT GET IT, OR THEY SAY IT WAS NOT PUT IN THE BOOK

I was upset that you would advertise a hotel with a full bar and not have any liquor or beer to choose from. Budweiser and Bud lime Miller lite were the only choices. I had to drink Budweiser rather than Bud light and I had a screwdriver rather than Tequila I chose this hotel because of the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to go out & drink. Upon leaving I told the hotel clerk of my experience & she assured me that a manager would be contacting me. However, I never heard from anyone. Outside of that experience the room/bed was comfortable. I like the idea that your room is cleaned daily that added a nice comfortable touch and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff at this hotel were all so friendly and helpful. Although this is an older hotel, it was spotless. I commented to my husband how clean the grout was compared to pricier name chains hotels we stayed at during our trip. We will stay again if we are ever in Augusta again.

This is still one of my favorite places to stay. And, it's all because of the staff.
These people are almost like family (actually better, I dislike some of my family members and I adore the staff at this property).
I have never been able to find anything negative to say about Augusta except I don't get to stay there enough.

Recognized at check in for being platinum and offered a choice of snacks.
This is an older property but very well maintained,on site bar/restaurant and a nice pool area.
Free breakfast with a nice assortment.
The internet is great here as well.
My double has lcd flat screen telly,micro and fridge and a comfy bed with a mixture of pillows all of the little things I look forward to at IHG brand hotels

Rooms are not up to the quality I expect from a Holiday Inn. I was not recognized as a gold member when we checked in. The shower curtain smelled of mildew and it took 5 days to get it replaced. Room was not serviced daily even on days we left before 12pm.Then on check out found that I would not get points for my stay.
