Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk service at its worst The lady at the the front desk is the worst the young lady was the rudest I've encountered at a Holiday Inn property I called to check if they had any rooms available for the CLC rate she said NO and just hung up the phone. So I called reservation and reserve a room with no problem when I got to meet the rude young lady in person when I checked in after playing with her cell phone in the corner I explain that I have a reservation and she looked more annoyed that I was there before her. She never akno acknowledge the I'm a Gold member nor offered me my points I asked her why would you say you didn't have any rooms available and the hotel looked empty by the parking lot so she replied re reservations see a different screen. There are other hotels in the are that accept CLC I work for a company that put its employees in hotels nightly and I've sent them a teletype to advise our drivers not to use this property because of the front guest experience. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Picky traveler I am a picky traveler and very picky about hotels that I stay in. I was very pleased with the accommodations at this Holiday Inn. The room was very clean and I felt comfortable sleeping on crisp white sheets. Plenty of very clean, almost new looking towels, and all the usual ammenties. The grounds were very well taken care of, and pool pass bands are given upon check in. The staff were all very pleasing from check in to the kitchen staff. I would definitely stay there again. Don't let the location fool you, right off the interstate. It was very quiet and safe. September 15, 2015

They have a complimentary full breakfast, which is as good if not better than a breakfast you can get anywhere else. Overall an outstanding place to stay! September 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Consistent Every Time I have been staying in Augusta off and on for 3 months and each time I chose to stay here. Its not a brand new hotel and the room doors are open to the outside, but that doesn't bother me. The interior courtyard has a great pool surrounded by established landscaping and several separate seating areas to enjoy a beverage. The bartender (Gloria) makes sure they have plenty of Miller Lite on hand when I'm around. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere close, but with a bar and restaurant on site you don't have to. August 31, 2015
