We called the Holiday Inn and made reservation ahead of our visit. We understood what the room rates were. We asked for a confirmation e-mail of the cost. When we got ready to check out the clerk could not give me a receipt because the printer was broke. We checked out and she said she would e-mail me a receipt. I said that was fine .Five hours later we got home and saw the receipt. We saw that we had been overcharged 9 dollars more per night. We stayed 2 nights , so the overcharge was 18.00 dollars .I have called three times and made them aware of the mistake. The manager does not return my calls. Larry Illinois

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Aurora area.

Inside and out the building was spotless. The building is 7 years old and appeared brand new. The staff was very polite and professional. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Anyone that did not like their stay at this hotel was nit pickn!
