Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Very surprised, no breakfast except for a "bar" that had dry cereal, cereal bars, yogurt etc. that we could access for $10 more added to our room rate. No coffee cups. The lobby reeked of smoke as it was a pass through for smokers from bar to go outside to smoke and return to the bar. We will not stay at this Holiday Inn again. November 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, family atmosphere Overall a comfortable, clean, pleasant stay. Hotel facilities are good generally, with a fabulous Bar/Restaurant on site. Very popular with locals and great fun atmosphere. Alot of events happening, no shortage of local entertainment if that is your thing. Great location, central to everything. Staff are outstanding, friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about Austin and surrounding area. If I am lucky enough to get back to this lovely area of Minnesota I will stay here again. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is close to several restaurants (there is one across the parking lot).
