Thought it was a great touch to have eye makeup remover package included with amenities for bathroom (I'm sure it helps you with dark marks on your towels as well).

Over-the-top guest service: Consistent super friendly customer focused, can-do attitude from the hotel manager to the desk staff to housekeeping. This hotel exceeded...no it blew away my expectations of what a Holiday Inn experience would be. Great value for the moneyFree internet, printer and computer access, and even the food in the bar/grill is quite good.

Located right off the interstate, this is a great place to stay. The rate is fair, it's clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very nice coffee cafe with sandwhiches and snacks, and an excellant restaurant where you can relax, have dinner, and enjoy a beer.
I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Just simply said... our stay was excellent! Anyone that has went through the painstaking tasks of planning a wedding knows that the hotel is one of the minor details but yet one of the most important. The manager of this Holiday Inn, Tracy, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. For that, my wife and I are very grateful. Every step from check in to check out went extremely smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Front desk was great, really accomodating during our stay. Worked with us to move our room location to one that better suited our needs. I stay at Holiday Inns on a weekly basis, and Austin was a top 10% experience.

This is one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Two employees in particular, Jessica and Jill, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was travelling with my sister and asked if we could change rooms to make it easier for her. We were able to get another suite and Jessica even offered to help move our things. The room was perfect for us and was very clean. The breakfast and dinner food was great too. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for a well run hotel and well trained staff.
