Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Terrible restaurant service and billed for extra night
We ate at the hotel restaurant two nights. We had to wait almost an hour for our food, and we were the only people there except for the bar patrons. Our food was cold when it arrived both times.
We were also charged for the night of June 15th, which was our original arrival date. Due to poor weather and no crew to fly our plane from Chicago to Austin, we were unable to arrive on June 15. Our United flight was abruptly cancelled at 1:30 am, June 16, after being shuffled from gate to gate at O'Hare airport in Chicago. We had no control over our situation. By that time it was too late to call the hotel. I spoke with hotel staff when signing in on June 16 the next afternoon and was told they could do nothing about it. I would need to follow up with the travel company. When they attempted to follow up, the hotel refused a refund.
Very unhappy with this hotel and will not stay there again.

I don't have anything additional to say. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this hotel.

I was a little nervous because the reviews were mixed. Furthermore, I'm extremely picky when it comes to the cleanliness of the hotels that I stay in and I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable! The hotel is new. It's not in an area where bars/restaurants are in the immediate vicinity which was okay with us. It was a short drive to nearby restaurants and such. I did find the service to be a little slow at the bar and during breakfast. But the staff was friendly so it made up for it. They seemed a little understaffed is all.
