Great staff, the rooms are nice, and you dont hear any noise from the other rooms. I travel all over Texas and I will stay here the next time I'm in Austin. If you don't want to get out, they have a some great food for dinner. But Restaurants are pretty close by as well. Breakfast was good. Bed was nice, and the ac worked So I was a happy camper. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Platinum Member Great Hotel, and will be staying again my trip in Austin. Which will be soon. Great staff, great food if you want to order room service. Internet was very good even with the hotel being full, most of the time it tends to lag a bit when that happens but was able to do everything I needed to do. One the day of my check-in I decided to stay an extra day and they gave me the same rate which was very nice because it could have gone up. Breakfast was very good as well. The 2 ladies working in the mornings are very nice, just remember if you get a free breakfast voucher to tip them they deserve it. Would recommend this place to anyone. June 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Truly, a hotel that can adapt and overcome. I can not believe how smooth things ran. From a wonderful check in experience provided by Rickie and Jonathan to a great breakfast experience from Ori and Mina everything was great. It seemed as if when things did not go so well such as the kitchen being backed up during a lunch service as well as the air conditioner going out things were handled so well. Drake was apparently the manager that worked on the weekends and boy did he work. I was busy with a dance competition in the hotel and I saw him running around the hotel fixing things and speaking with customers. With the air conditioner in the dance room going out Drake did all he could to make sure we were all as comfortable as possible. I believe he would have replaced the whole air unit if he had one.I think the maintenance department was short staffed or something because he even came up to my room and fixed a toilet issue I had. I really hope we have another competition here as the place along with its staff is amazing. June 17, 2015
