Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great stay in Bakersfield We stayed for two nights at this location. As always the staff was friendly and the service was prompt. We requested a room on the south side of the building and were duly accommodated. We treated ourselves to the delivered breakfast on our second morning, and it was lovely. We'll probably do that again. We only encountered one problem - our keys were deactivated at noon on our 2nd day, and I had to wait in a slow line to get them fixed. A few other guests were having the same issue. I would recommend always having a second front desk staffer on call during these busy times. We'll definitely be back! October 9, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by platinum member customer service lacking As a platinum IHG member, I was given the most basic room without frig, microwave and bath. I had to go back to the front desk to get my upgrade. The worst initial customer service I have ever had at all the IHG hotels i have ever stayed at and I have stayed many. Not how to treat a person who up to now only stay at IHG hotels. I have now booked at other hotels for my next trip. September 27, 2014
