The hotel is modern, clean, and furnished in good taste. The food was fantastic too. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and efficient staff. We will return within a month! June 12, 2014

From the moment we walked through the front door, until we checked out to leave, the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. The service and amenities were all we could ask for. Every staff person takes ownership of the hotel and they work as a well-oiled machine. All of us in management should take notes on their team building methods. Whether it's breakfast or dinner I've always had the best service and awesome food. It's my home away from home. June 6, 2014

A bunch of hotels all in the same area are priced about the same. Have stayed in most of them. Staff was friendly but not overly. Condition of the room was ok. Found the shower wall had a big crack in it. Water flow was varying during the shower. No fridge or microwave. Other hotels in area offer this but not all. Bed was comfortable. Some outlets didn't work in the room. Overall, average accommodations for the price. Nothing was outstanding or impressive. I would recommend this hotel only because it is in a safe area and you know what you can expect from Holiday Inn...just don't expect too much. May 18, 2014

No microwave, no refrigerator, no complimentary breakfast. For Gold and Platinum IHG Guests you should give "Free Breakfast" vouchers to your "on site restaurant" for each guest. May 16, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Quality and service not up to Holiday Inn Standards We have stay at this hotel 2-4 times a year for the past 4 years or so. The quality of the rooms and the service has really gone downhill. - This last stay the air system in the room did not work. We didn't catch on till 1 am and then had to change rooms. Didn't get much sleep at all so the whole reason for stopping here was shot. -We booked a room for 4 people, only 3 bath towels in a double queen room. Had to go to front desk for towels, took them 15 min. to find some. - Pool is not heated, so it is basically unuseable, It was a disappoitment to the kids who like to get their pent up energy out in the pool. -The policy change of no pets allowed was disappoiting. We travel with our house dog and always chose this hotel because they allowed pets. He had to stay in the car. Although this trip, he was probably more comfortable then us in the room. April 22, 2014

Staff, in our opinion, seemed more interested in conversation with themselves than providing service to customers. Rest of the hotel was up to expectations, but we will probably not stay there again due to the restaurant. April 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good but could be better Overall, not bad but it could be better with simple changes. Check in was painfully slow. Only one person was working the desk with about 5 of us in line. Finally a 2nd person came out to help. The water flow restriction device in the shower seemed to be set too low (even for CA) and did not have a good flow rate. The tray holding the ice bucket, coffee maker, glasses, etc was placed in the middle of the desk????? Had to put it on the floor when I tried to work on the desk. Need to find a better place to put it. Also, several outlets did not work (especially in the bases of the lamps). March 17, 2014

The room was spacious, the food excellent and the staff awesome. Staff takes ownership of the hotel. It may not be their job, but they'll make sure your request is taken care of. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The employees make the difference First off, I stay at a bunch of Holiday Inns. As a Platinum Elite member I take note of the differences between locations and there was one big difference between this location and all the others....an employee named Liz. Before we get to that, the room, location, service, etc was all acceptable. Everything was what you would expect from Holiday Inn; comfortable rooms, good locations, clean and safe. Now, back to Liz. Because the airline had lost my luggage I was forced to make due without the luxuries that we all bring with us when we travel. No toiletries and too late at night to go get them. However when I mentioned this to Liz she sprang into action collecting me toothpaste, a toothbrush, a razor, shaving cream, even deodorant.. She did this with charm and a smile. It was just what I needed after a weary day. Someone at this location needs to give that girl a high-five and a raise. Her attitude, attention, and service was a pleasant surprise and rare. They made sure our experience was wonderful. After hearing everyone complain about the Internet, I had no problem with it at all. Worked wonderful. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unprofessional Housekeeping I checked into this location on Saturday early evening & was politely served by a nice & respectful young lady that was working at front desk at the time. I took the elevator to the 2nd floor and into the room I was assigned. My immediate reaction was that it definitely smelled like someone had been relaxing in the room. I walked into the room with a strong scent of men's cologne, the television on, the pillows on the mattress were not done up & the most disgusting appearance of a toilet that was not flushed properly. At first I thought I had been in the wrong room but no, I was in the right room however there had been someone in there. I immediately called front desk from the room and explained the situation. She came up quickly & escorted me to another room. It was by far the most unprofessional. I have stayed at this location previously & was content with my stay however with that kind of disruption it was very uncomfortable. I appreciate the front desk concierge for giving me another room but if anything housekeeping &all others working for the company should be able to keep it "professional." January 30, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the place to stay if you want internet service in your room I usually stay at the Holiday In Express but due to the Big Win promotion I booked a room at the Holiday Inn. Beautiful new facility but the wifi in the room was slower than my aol dial up that I abandoned 10 years ago. It took awhile but I managed to run speedtest.net and it was 10 % of my download rate on dialup. Websites kept timing out due to no response. When I went down to front desk and complained I was told “yea we know our internet is slow but there is nothing we can do …it’s a corporate thing”. Also, the room has plenty of empty space but the work table is small. Not a place to stay if you need the internet. or want to work in your room. November 10, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Outside by Inside rooms not so great Customer service great, pleasant smile & welcome outside appearance nice, but once past elevator not so great reminds me of a cheaper motel, room ac noisy and did not cool well, was placed next to a group that was doing work in area and they kept meeting next door and slamming the doors, yelling at each other loud in hallways up till after midnight. Easy to get in and out of hotel no real perks for IHG Platinum Members a very small bottle of water and a small kids size garonola bar, internet was Extremely slow so I just thetered with my cellphone it worked much faster.
