Good variety of alternative eating places too. Nice Open House by the Management one night as well. March 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service on a Snowy Day My family had decided to stay in Baltimore for the evening because of the predicted snow storm. The storm turned out to be worse than expected so the hotel found itself flooded with a steady stream of guests. Unfortunately, they were short handed as many employees were not able to get to work. In spite of this, the restaurant managed to serve everyone who came- albeit a bit slowly- with patience and grace. We had a good meal and a lovely stay because they staff rose to the occasion. Not a sign of short temper anywhere.Very impressed. February 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very dissatisfied Upon check in, I was never informed on which building my room was in and ended up in the wrong building. This left us to then bring all of our luggage outside In a snow storm to the correct building that we started in to register . The room was not as clean as I am used to from a Holiday Inn. We went to use he pool and sauna to find no towels and the lifeguard on his cell phone for 25 minutes. For dinner we went down to the restaurant to find a line of people already waiting. We waited for 20 minutes and never seen a single employee to inquire about the wait time. I went to the front desk to find out about the restaurant and was told " they were not expecting the amount of people using the restaurant ". When the weather is predicted to be a snow storm one would think that more people would be staying in to eat at the restaurant . I was given a complimentary room service meal that also turned into a disappointment. I never received the food that I ordered even after several calls to the room service. It is now after 11 pm when the food arrived when I was told it would be there between 35 to 45 minutes. My husband and I always try to stay in a Holiday Inn when we travel and this stay by far is the worst!!! February 26, 2015
