Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very dissatisfied Upon check in, I was never informed on which building my room was in and ended up in the wrong building. This left us to then bring all of our luggage outside In a snow storm to the correct building that we started in to register . The room was not as clean as I am used to from a Holiday Inn. We went to use he pool and sauna to find no towels and the lifeguard on his cell phone for 25 minutes. For dinner we went down to the restaurant to find a line of people already waiting. We waited for 20 minutes and never seen a single employee to inquire about the wait time. I went to the front desk to find out about the restaurant and was told " they were not expecting the amount of people using the restaurant ". When the weather is predicted to be a snow storm one would think that more people would be staying in to eat at the restaurant . I was given a complimentary room service meal that also turned into a disappointment. I never received the food that I ordered even after several calls to the room service. It is now after 11 pm when the food arrived when I was told it would be there between 35 to 45 minutes. My husband and I always try to stay in a Holiday Inn when we travel and this stay by far is the worst!!! February 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Would Definitely Recommend Overall stay was was very pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly/accommodating. The restaurant also had great food and micro brews on tap. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because I could not connect to the wifi my entire stay (it was during a snow storm though). I also resorted to parking in a garage across the street because it was $10 cheaper per day ($15/day compared to $25/day at the hotel). February 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad hotel visit Honor the discounts that you have for government employees, plus do not make guest make reservations and then later when they arrive you gave it away after confering them, I feel as thought Holiday Inn staff does not care at all. Plus we had to pay for breakfast that was not worth it . Over the phone we were qu9ted for one price but when we got their it was totally something different. February 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, great service Our room was clean and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. But the most important thing was the outstanding customer service. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved. The big issue -- parking -- was a real challenge, but the staff took very good care of us. On the down side, the electrical outlets on the lamp (the only lamp that had them) did not work. Four adults -- all with electronics -- had to use wall outlets. Some were a bit challenging to find. But, because we were there for only one night, it wasn't worth making an issue about. February 23, 2015
