Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Elevator Shaft noise, switched rooms, no hot water
Checked into room which was right across the elevator on 9th floor of the "West Tower" . Hard time falling asleep due to the elevator shaft motor whine that penetrated through walls each time the elevator went up or down...and this continued till at least 2.30 a.m.. Mentioned this to front desk next day and the young man was very helpful in switching me to a room on the 10th floor - away from elevators. Still could hear distinctly the elevator shaft motor whine that penetrated through walls each time the elevator went up or down. Sleep disruption again on 2nd night. But hung in there for one additional night. Day of check-out after 3 nights of stay: no hot water in sink and no hot water in shower; phone in room did not work - no dial tone. Just took a quick cold shower before heading out to catch a taxi to airport.
Cannot recall having experienced such a level (and multiple types of) inconvenience and discomfort while staying at any other hotel before.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Huff1 Inner Harbor Holiday Inn
Was in town for an O's game, so how close it was to Camden is a huge perk. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
However the loud AC unit kicking on throughout the night woke me and my girlfriend up several times. And it seems rather ridiculous that you pay the price you do to stay here then you have to pay an additional $25 to park your car overnight.

I like the location and price.
But, the check-in time at 4pm seemed late.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brnsvle Baltimore is open for business
Just a couple of weeks after the "riots" in Baltimore, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Inner Harbor. Baltimore is open for business folks. Our hotel stay was great. We walked the streets, had dinner in Little Italy and went to a concert. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. The hotel staff was great and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful time in Baltimore. Go there and stay at the Holiday Inn, Inner Harbor.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bros J I love the environment and privacy it provided. External views were very good
If i have to visit Baltimore again, i will not think of an alternative place but this hotel. However, there might be the need to consider other privileges such as complimentary breakfast for the value of a cost i paid for the type of room i stayed. In my opinion, it was too high for breakfast not to be included.
Additionally, i recommend that IHG Club registration or Tourist Organisers partnering with the hotel Reservations or Management should not be discussed on phone during booking but at the point of Checking In a guest or later. I booked by phone call and immediately the booking was concluded, the receptionist transferred me to a Tourist Organiser. This led me to an un-understood decisions that made the Tourist Organisers remove about $169.00 from my card without consent. Although the Organisers promised to refund the money, i am yet to receive it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Platinum 511 excessive knocking noise in the room with the bed.
Nice room; however, the AC unit located in the bedroom made excessive noise and made it hard to get a decent nights rest. The unit in the living area was fine. It was too late to bring it up and change rooms. I mentioned it at checkout. Also, could not get hot water from shower...only luke warm in the morning. Also, we got stuck on the 12th floor because the South East elevator was malfunctioning. The door would start to close then open. We tried to select another elevator but it was sensing the broken one. After 5 minutes the door would close and we were able to get to the lobby. Reported to front desk...they said they reported it but didn't lock down the elevator.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cbreese Great service and comfortable atmosphere
The hotel staff are wonderful - I was a guest the week of April 26th which was a difficult time for the city of Baltimore and put a lot of pressure on the hotel and its staff to take care of guests who couldn't leave the hotel for parts of their stay. They were caught a bit off guard but handled it very well and I was beyond impressed by their friendliness and eagerness to please us all.
That aside, the hotel is nice and comfortable, a good value for the price. The room I stayed in was a little small, and the bathroom was tiny, but since I was just using it as a place to sleep and get ready for the day, this was fine for me. The restaurant and bar are what you would expect from a hotel like this, but the service was excellent.
