great service in the hotel. it was great i really like the king size bed and all the pillows. the bed was a little hard for my tastes but it was comfortable enough.

Great staff friend and so willing to please. Davon great making our reservations, Robert checked us in wonderfully and Kim assisted us in several ways. Mike was so wonderful at breakfast. Never wanted for a single thing. Very polite. Also the parking attendant the night of the 18th was just wonderful. He was so good to walk around and save a spot for us because we had to use other garage priced way too high. He was the best. Thank you again for a great stay!

I stayed at Holiday Inn while attending a conference at Baltimore Convention Center. The walk was short, the stay was comfortable, and the savings in cost was worth choosing this over one of the connected motels.

This hotel is conveniently located a block away from the convention center, which I was attending for a conference. It is also in walking distance to Camden Yard, the pier, the aquarium, and all the shopping and eateries your heart could desire. So I give it an A+ in terms of location.
The room we were in (we were separated from the main building, as we were off in their west tower) was VERY small. You could not open the bathroom door without lifting up the toilet seat. It was so cramped. The bed however was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out all light so we slept very soundly. We were not there to spend time in the hotel room, however, so this was not too big of a problem - just a mild annoyance.
The staff was very friendly and they were helpful when we checked in and out. For the price of the room fare, though, it would've been nice to have complementary coffee. Instead, on one afternoon they gave our complimentary peanuts. Thank goodness I did not have a peanut allergy - the shell dust was everywhere we went, from the lobby to the elevator that we took up to our room and everywhere in between. Not sure how good of an idea that is, even if it does fit in well with the baseball theme.
Overall the hotel was good but not great. If I am in the area again I may or may not return here. I think I might be able to get a better bang for my buck elsewhere.

We stayed there for spring break. It was about a five minute walk to the Inner Harbor and Ballpark. Public transportation was a short walk too.. When we go back we will stay here again. Its also only about 11/2 hrs from motel to Washington DC on the Metro.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to be close to the inner harbor. The people at the front desk were very customer oriented.

The room, staff, hotel was great. However, I was awakened by a yapping dog who would not shut up. It barked forever--early in the morning. When I called the front desk to ask if there was anything they could do, I was told no. This is when I was told that the first floor of the West Tower is the "pet section." (Where they put you if you are traveling with pets.) I was NOT traveling with a pet and was NOT told beforehand that I was being put in the pet section.
If they had just told me when I booked that the pet section was the only available space, I would have had the option to decline and praise them for the upfront information. Instead, I was rudely awakened and kept awake and now am talking badly about the hotel.
In their defense, I did not specifically ask for any compensation. I was checking out that day anyway, so there was no reason to ask to be relocated.

The staff was awesome at the front desk. Very helpful. Took care of our unique needs - service with a smile. Also, the location is GREAT!
