Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible night sleep Booked this hotel because of it's proximity to baseball stadium, and seems high quality based on info. let me first say, the front desk staff was excellent, as the pool was closed for the night, but seeing how disappointed my kids were they allowed us to use it for 30 mins anyways. but that was the only positive. was not acknowledged as platinum member... was given a room on 2nd floor overlooking street, and the street car noise kept us up most of the night. room was average, not what I expected based on website. and their must have been a guest with cat or dog prior to us, because my allergies acted up all night. usually the Holiday Inn brand is better quality, but I was very disappointed with this stay. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room change and no call back Despite calling one hour after checking out from the airport, when I knew it was missing, I have not been able to get back my young son's very important blanket. This blanket has no value to anyone other than him and me. Not only do we not have it back, I never heard back from anyone regarding the blanket even after a few voicemail messages to housekeeping and speaking with someone directly at the front desk and her telling me that she would email the housekeeping manager and cc me in on the email. No returned call. No email. This was any easy time for us to get back. Additionally, even though when checking in I reminded the front desk that we would have a dog joining us the 2nd night, we were placed in a room that is not dog-okayed and were asked to move the following night. Rather than moving my son, husband, and me my sister volunteered to Move just herself. The room she was moved to had a broken toilet. The staff was friendly while we were there. But I am disappointed in their inability or unwillingness to contact me and in their poor room placement the night we arrived. October 6, 2015
