Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 run down furniture and overall sloppiness The hotel is in a great location but the room was not welcoming. It looked rundown, with broken furniture and an overall sloppy look. The staff was not so friendly. April 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Very Bad Experience Got there and front desk associate would not give me a free breakfast coupon as a platinum member. First time I ever experienced that. 30,000 points should at least be given Bfast. Took bartender 10 minutes to acknowledge us and only after he served another couple that just sat down. Then gave us a hard time with using a drink coupon that was given to me that stated free drink, and the drink I ended up getting was the same price as the one he said was not included?? And when leaving said nothing. Finally, we was drinking wine on the job! Next, after waking up only to find that the hot water was not working in the entire hotel and did not work right up until we checked out. So we had to leave without showering that day. (Full refund would be nice) One elevator was not working correctly as the doors would try to close and then open back up so after them trying to close 5 times, we had to get another elevator. When we conveyed this issue to the staff, they seemed to know about it but didn't take the elevator out of service... Not good! The room itself was very nice and the entire hotel was nice just the above issues. April 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and accommadating staff Great staff friend and so willing to please. Davon great making our reservations, Robert checked us in wonderfully and Kim assisted us in several ways. Mike was so wonderful at breakfast. Never wanted for a single thing. Very polite. Also the parking attendant the night of the 18th was just wonderful. He was so good to walk around and save a spot for us because we had to use other garage priced way too high. He was the best. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good location This hotel is conveniently located a block away from the convention center, which I was attending for a conference. It is also in walking distance to Camden Yard, the pier, the aquarium, and all the shopping and eateries your heart could desire. So I give it an A+ in terms of location. The room we were in (we were separated from the main building, as we were off in their west tower) was VERY small. You could not open the bathroom door without lifting up the toilet seat. It was so cramped. The bed however was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out all light so we slept very soundly. We were not there to spend time in the hotel room, however, so this was not too big of a problem - just a mild annoyance. The staff was very friendly and they were helpful when we checked in and out. For the price of the room fare, though, it would've been nice to have complementary coffee. Instead, on one afternoon they gave our complimentary peanuts. Thank goodness I did not have a peanut allergy - the shell dust was everywhere we went, from the lobby to the elevator that we took up to our room and everywhere in between. Not sure how good of an idea that is, even if it does fit in well with the baseball theme. Overall the hotel was good but not great. If I am in the area again I may or may not return here. I think I might be able to get a better bang for my buck elsewhere. April 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location We stayed there for spring break. It was about a five minute walk to the Inner Harbor and Ballpark. Public transportation was a short walk too.. When we go back we will stay here again. Its also only about 11/2 hrs from motel to Washington DC on the Metro. April 18, 2015
