Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Some Issues The staff was great, The building had several issues, most were corrected while I was there. Thats why I rated it as Average. THe room was comfortable however it never cooled down, The room was clean neat and of good size. Parking was a slight issue, (not enough) ibelieve the building was full. Cold water on Sunday morning, I am up early so i had a cold shower. Water was fixed by about 10am, Elevator was not very cooperative, doors would not close and became very frustrating. Fortunately there are three others that all worked fine. As I said all the hotel staff were fine, they to were frustrated but never showed it to the public. April 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fast check in and service! I will definitely stay here next time we come to Baltimore!! Excellent stay! Staff was friendly and speedy! We were able to check into our room at 7am! (We arrived early). When we phoned for towels they came right away (between 5-10 minutes) and the desk called to make sure we received them. No troubles parking or checking out. Best part was that we had a microwave and a nice size mini fridge in our room!! It was tastfully decorated and even had a chaise lounge in the room! We stayed in a room with two queen beds. Bathroom is a little tight, but easy to over look with all the positives :) Location is great as well. Walking distance to the conference center and the harbor. Maybe a 10 minute walk. There is a pool and a fitness room, but we didn't take time to use them. April 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Bad Experience Got there and front desk associate would not give me a free breakfast coupon as a platinum member. First time I ever experienced that. 30,000 points should at least be given Bfast. Took bartender 10 minutes to acknowledge us and only after he served another couple that just sat down. Then gave us a hard time with using a drink coupon that was given to me that stated free drink, and the drink I ended up getting was the same price as the one he said was not included?? And when leaving said nothing. Finally, we was drinking wine on the job! Next, after waking up only to find that the hot water was not working in the entire hotel and did not work right up until we checked out. So we had to leave without showering that day. (Full refund would be nice) One elevator was not working correctly as the doors would try to close and then open back up so after them trying to close 5 times, we had to get another elevator. When we conveyed this issue to the staff, they seemed to know about it but didn't take the elevator out of service... Not good! The room itself was very nice and the entire hotel was nice just the above issues. April 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and accommadating staff Great staff friend and so willing to please. Davon great making our reservations, Robert checked us in wonderfully and Kim assisted us in several ways. Mike was so wonderful at breakfast. Never wanted for a single thing. Very polite. Also the parking attendant the night of the 18th was just wonderful. He was so good to walk around and save a spot for us because we had to use other garage priced way too high. He was the best.
