Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful Generally, the stay experience at Holiday Inn-Bangkok was good. The staff are polite and greeted almost everyone and anytime. I had some problem with the safe in the room and the staff turned up within 5 minutes to help solve it ! Excellent ! And when I approached the concierge to help arrange 4 taxi to Chinatown, she was very helpful and did a marvellous job ! She spoke to all 4 Taxi driver to ensure we all got off at the same place. The only problem I faced was the computer error when I checked out. And the staff took a while to rectify it. I got a bit impatient. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Say I have spent a lot of nights at various places but this Holiday Inn was one of the best places I have ever experienced. The room was very clean and organized. When I arrived at the hotel, my guest card was pulled out immediately and check in was done within 5 min, which was the fastest check in I have ever experienced. The staffs were very well trained to meet any customers requests in a gracious manner. I would love to go back and stay at this hotel if I ever visit Bangkok again. March 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location in BKK The hotel is located only few minutes walking from BTS station which is the most reliable mean of traveling in BKK. The room is a good size, well furnished, my room comes with bathtub which looks a bit too small. The selection of breakfast at the main restaurant of the hotel is fairly good, apart of the standard egg dishes, they also have some Indian curries, Japanese soup and choices of cheese and cold cut. They pastry was also well prepared. Breakfast at the executive floor is quite good, at the executive floor the hot dishes will take about 15 mins. the selection of food may not be as vary as at the main restaurant but it's also nice and less crowded compared to the main restaurant. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Shining Example of the Brand A bit of a trek to the outer wing but probably worth it for the peace and quiet overlooking garden/pool. A very good location for business with a good size room that doubled as an office with more than sufficient working area. WiFi a little spotty at times causing VoIP dropouts but overall OK for email etc. Was not keen on the scrutiny of the 24 hour elevator guard dog - probably required due to the nature of the location, but the lift technology is available and, hey guys - we are adults. Having to be polite while waiting for the guy to press the button - while swapping false niceties after a long day/flight is just not my forte. Location seemed excellent for shopping should you have the time/inclination, also the Skytrain station is almost on the forecourt - taxi's an issue during rush hour as the main drag is choked. This was my 5th hotel in as many countries in 15 days, it was in the top 2. I highly recommend this hotel for the hardened business traveler who just needs to do his stuff - leisure/family I cannot say, but the pool did look good. March 1, 2015
