Thanks Mr. Manop and his collegue for the warm welcome during the check in and the extra bed arranged for my kid. Also to the lift attendant at the south wing that always greet us with warm traditional thai greeting. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay there and my kids love it!

Unfortunately we could not find tour desk in your lobby. Therefore we ordered to arrange hotel car for safety reason, but your staffs arranged a taxi that was too expensive tarrif comparing with city taxi on road. Please provide tour desk or traffic guide in your lobby.

Have stayed in this Holiday Inn many many times and is always lovely to arrive, staff very friendly, bed and room very good. Always stay on Executive Level which is very good. So close to sky train makes this hotel very convenient

Stayed the holiday inn instead of my usual hotel at the Intercontinental and wasn't let down. Was treated to an upgrade to the executive room. The room sized was good only the bathroom is too small and the water pressure is low. Hotel is in an excellent location, central to shops and close to BTS. I would stay at this hotel again for the location & reasonable rates !

I had a wonderful experience overall but would prefer placed in a room that I do not need to walk too far from the lobby to get to the lift.

2nd stay in hotel. Returned because of proximity to Chidlom. Loved the size of the room and king sized bed and the cleanliness. Requested for a bed for my toddler instead of a cot and got it without extra charge.
Bell service failed to pick up call though when leaving. Too busy. Didnt fault them though.

We checked in to the kidsuite at level 4. Completely satisfied. We booked a little late on internet and we were given a smoking room. The staff managed to change us to a non smoking room without any hassle. The kids loved the brightly colored double decker bed. The PS 2 was handy. They allowed a late check out at 4pm. Overall very pleased and value for money

Because of the ammona like smelly toilet in the room that I used at first, I had to change the room. It was on Sunday. I could not relax at all.

you'll be served almost instantly with great heart.
Stayed in this property for 5 nights, the only complaint I have is the bathroom ... a little small for me and bathroom drainage could be better, as the waters overflows to the non shower area during shower time.....

Stayed a few times at this hotel, and sometimes use the executive lounge.
Facilities are good, food is good, rooms are clean and modern. Generally a good hotel with excellent service.
Holiday Inn strandards and a bit more.
I always look forward to this hotel for the very good Thai restaurant on the Ground Floor (Chai Thai)

Excellent location (next to stairways to BTS), food was excellent (esp. the steamed fish with lemongrass). Service was great. Pool was ok. Only compliant was that there were alot of mosquitoes near the pool in the evening. Overall enjoyable experience and will return back to Holiday Inn again when I am back in Bangkok.

I go to Bangkok quite often on business trips. I have choice to stay either at Intercontinental, Holiday Inn or any other hotel. I always stay at Holiday Inn after staying couple of times at Intercon as service here is much better. All the staff is very knowledgable, repectful, and well trained.
Judy, one of their manager is amazing and always makes sure that guests are comfortable and their needs are met. Holiday Inn Bangkok is lucky to have employees like Judy!
This hotel is much better than many 5 star hotels I stay in during my business trips around the world.

As a business traveler, I don't stay at a hotel for the TV, or food. I stay for the comfort, location, and the hospitality of the staff. The entire staff makes me feel welcome, from check in, the lounge, business center, to the lobby bar. They remember your name and are very helpful. The staff has gone the extra mile to make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great, with the Skytrain right outside, and local shopping within walking distance. I will return and I do recommend this hotel. Compliments to Ms. Kanlaya, Ms. Warisa, Ms. Chaunpit, Ms.Thittiporn, and Ms. Siriphattra! Thank you all.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and think the location is excellent and has one of the best hotel staffs that I have seen. I am a Priority Club Platinum member and appreciated my upgraded to a suite. The breakfast buffet was excellent.and for me as good as any 5 star hotel. I appreciated most the help that i got from hotel concierge. I left am item at a place that i had visited and with my inablility to speak Thai needed help to retrieve this item. The man at concierge desk was able to arrange for this item to be sent to the hotel by taxi from that place that the item was left. The cost for me was only the cost of the taxi. His help was very valuable to me. Whenever, i am in Bangkok, this will be my first choice in hotel.

Excellent location! ... Good breakfast. ... They have done their best to update their rooms. It is an older building but again they have done their best of update it. So our room was new and clean. ... The customer service for priority club was excellent. ... Only concern was the elevator was sooo smokey. Made our clothes smell bad. Really. Even in that short a ride. And the car park was pretty far from check in. But that's not a big deal. ... But again the number one reason to stay would be the great location! Great for getting everywhere. Can walk straight on to the BTS' skywalk and walk all the way to Paragon for shopping etc.

The location is quiet and the room is very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and efficient. Some breakfast items could be hotter but the spread is good. Love the size of the room and bed.

I have stayed here many times and this property is always a good stay. The rooms need some updating and the Platinum recognition is not as good as some other properties but the staff is great and the location is excellent. The price is usually reasonable as well.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I especially appreciate the complimentary breakfast and wi-fi in my room.
However, a few things I really wished I got! Here they are-
I wanted a flatter pillow as the pillows were massive. But I couldn't get any even though I requested and made them understand what I want. This ruined my sleep at nights.
I always found the absence of decent vegetarian spreads especially during lunch hours. Whenever I asked if there is anything vegetarian, I was lead to the salad corner where there were vegetarian leaves. Vegetarian doesn't mean just green leaves. I was looking for some stir fried vegetables with some vegetarian fried rice at least. Hope they take care of this aspect asap.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Bangkok recently. What truly stands out (aside from the great location) is the service.
I have visited Bangkok for work and leisure very often and service is great in general. But service at this hotel is even better. One staff member that stands out is Ms Juthamas who was manning the Executive Lounge for almost the entire period of my stay. Her passion and dedication are admirable. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, she was always there to help in whichever way she could; with a friendly smile on her face. Impressive.

I go to Bangkok quite often and always stay at this hotel as staff is extremely friendly especially Judy is always there with most beautiful smile in executive lounge to help. All other staff is very friendly also and tries to bend backwards to help.
Rooms are very nice with modern decor and location is extremely conveneant to take train, bus and/ or taxi. Major malls are at walking distance.
I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay myself again and again.

Always my favourite hotel whenever business trip to bangkok. Easy accessible to all huge shopping mall. Staff greeting was great especially in executive lounge.
