Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 4 day stay Great stay here. Executive club floor is very good. your staff in that area are amazing. We got lots of help from two ladies who work on the club reception room. (Bella) and (Tina) were so helpful. From check in to assisting with getting a local sim card set up and helping with restaurant reservations and taxi service they were both great. An asset to your hotel and staff like these ladies is why we keep coming back to your hotel. Also your location is excellent. My only criticism is the equipment in the gym. It is very dated and has poor equipment. I pay to use the gym in the Intercontinental. You should offer the gym in the Intercontinental free of charge to guests staying on the club floor. The gym the only thing that would make me consider a different hotel in Bangkok. Thanks for a great stay. Sam February 4, 2016

Very friendly staff, great food and overall good value for money. The lobby bar team is to mention here as well, as they complete the overall hospitality experience that can be experienced here. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Good Experience, Except..... Spent 3 nights holiday in this hotel with my spouse.. All is well, including the exceptional warm hospitality of staffs who tried their very best to attend to our needs during the stay. BUT, we were rather disatisfied with the Seafood Buffet Dinner at Cafe G, which was widely promoted around the hotel. Clear signboards stated "seafood selections including fish maw soup with shitake mushroom, roasted duck with tamarind sauce,....plenty of spicy Thai salads with well as plenty of seafood delicacies at the sushi station" Very very dissapointed to pay for a buffet of 2 which did not include our favourite Fish Maw Soup, only 2 pathetic seafood dishes: mussels and clams, and some other food not including those advertised. Could have got a "REAL" good Seafood Buffet meal (with more selections) just at one of shopping malls around the area at the same price. January 25, 2016
