Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by unclean stuffy room and poor frontdesk service. Poor efficiency front desk. unclean room, stain chair and stuffy room. The concierge was good, fast and extremely helpful. The breakfast choices are good and ambient is nice. Generally a good location with nice common set up except for the lousy experiences in the rooms. December 23, 2014

The staff were very knowledgeable and sincere. And the location of the hotel is superb, just a 3 mins walk you can reach Chit Lom BTS and all major shopping mall is within walking distance. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay - A Refuge from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok CIty The Holiday Inn is a great stay as it is ideally located in the heart of Bangkok City, close to the main shopping areas yet provides a relatively quiet and safe refuge from the noise, hustle and bustle of a dynamic city that is Bangkok. Service staff is courteous, attentive and very friendly - thai hospitality at its best. Being a IHG member also has its benefits in terms of best rates, free internet and late check out. Staying in an executive room is recommended as the executive lounge is open through out the day and is a good place to relax and recover from a day of outings and enjoy a very happy hour every evening. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Bangkok was just Great ! Felt very welcome upon arrival and could check-in in comfort at the Clubs Desk. Had a parcel delivered to the hotel prior to check-in and your personnel was very efficient in handing over the item to me upon check-in. Loved the tight security, everything was great, only small drawback was I left a message for the maintenance to replace the faulty chair in the bedroom, but was not taken care of. Nevertheless, kudos to all the staff that attended to us during our recent stay. Keep up the excellent work! See you next year. December 17, 2014
