Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, nice staffs I have chosen to stay in Holiday Inn Silom for every time I visit Bangkok. It is very nice hotel with convenient location inside Bangkok. The staff was very helpful and polite. This time they even allow me to have very late check out to wait for my late flight, and I appreciate that. Recommend this hotel always. October 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room We stayed whilst on holiday in Thailand, in this hotel for 6 nights and were in the Premuim Suite. The room was very spacious, modern with two toilets which in turn were modern, well lit and most importantly clean. The only niggling factor was the noise from the extremely busy Silom road even though we were on the 20th floor. The hotel is very centrally located with most of the tourist sites within either walking distance or then well connected by means of public transport. October 19, 2014

This hotel has a very good location, it is a top 4 star hotel with great rates, hope it stays that way. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice location and nice room I and my wife stayed for 2 nites and it was great. The room was comfy and the size was big. It is 45min drive from BKK airport and there are plenty of cabs to take you to Kao San road if you wish to. I will stay there again every time I'm in town. October 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bangkok Silom Holiday Inn In the last 15 years only the hotel rooms have been updated to Holiday inn standard rooms, which is fine globally one knows what to expect. Gym and Pool are disappointing and needs urged an upgrade. It seems that the Holiday inn is not aware off other less expensive hotels around with much better service and ambiance. At the executive floor the ladies are as unfriendly as always, certainly the Breakfast is of very poor quality compared to other hotels. One should not think that the location is what people are paying for as there is so much more around. If I come to BKK i don't mind to stay one or two nights if I come an entire week ill take a more pleasant hotel. October 13, 2014
