Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst experience in my whole holiday inn stay Having approaching hundred of nights of stay in Holiday Inn, with most of it in Bangkok, this is the first time i stay at Silom branch. Unfortunately it turn out to be the worst experience i have ever had. The room is claimed to be upgraded to the corner room , which i insisted that i do not need. They keep refusing to upgrade me to executive access, even the room i booked is Premium rate(NOT the lowest standard rate!!!) i purchased on internet. IN other words, they refuse to upgrade me at all under my platinum status. They even upsell me the breakfast. The breakfast area, the attendant preparing the eggs never smile. When i asked for half boiled egg, he gave me a "cold" hard boiled egg. The way the staff work there is not too professional compared to the other branch as well. Overall, this is one of the worst Holiday Inn stay i have ever had. November 20, 2014

The Chao Praya river is just a 10-15 minutes walk away, and the Silom Village shopping and restaurant area is only a 5 minutes walk. November 17, 2014
