Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gutes Service und tolle Atmosphäre PLUS: sehr zuvorkommendes Personal Lage gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (auch viel Flugpersonal nächtigt hier) nette, internationale Atmosphäre MINUS: - keine ausreichende Stromversorgung für europäischen Standard im Bad. Barttrimmer und Munddusche (220V) funktionieren nicht -} Verlängerungskabel anstandslos erhalten. War etwas zu kurz ;-) - Handtuchhalterung fällt herunter (sofort repariert) - Höherer Teppich im gesamten Zimmer. Finden wir eher unhygienisch, da man selbst und alle Vorgäste ja mit den Schuhen ins Zimmer gehen. July 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great facilities, but bad checkin experience My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel at about 8pm without a reservation, hoping to get a room. I provided my IHG Spire Elite member number, and the seemingly uncertain clerk informed me that there were no rooms available. He disappeared to the back room without letting us know what was happening for about 4-5 minutes, and then returned repeating that he was sorry there were no rooms available. Understandable, considering we had no reservation.. but he seemed so unsure, and wasn't very friendly unlike ANY other IHG experience that I've ever had. Another clerk appeared from the back room and re-did the welcoming spiel, and then apologized and offered to help me book with another hotel - awesome! Much better. He handed me the phone after dialing the IHG number, and within 3 minutes I had a room booked at the hotel that I was sitting in the lobby of. We then indicated to the clerk that I had made a reservation at this hotel, and what might have been the manager came out and finally was able to get things settled after 30 minutes now. Hardly a 'painful' experience by much of a stretch, but definitely a little frustrating. July 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Badezimmer Das Badezimmer war leider in keinem guten Zustand. Die Wasserhähne waren undicht und die Badewanne ist sehr alt und abgenützt. Am letzten Abend war auch eine Kakerlake unterwegs, die ich gefangen und entsorgt habe. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei! July 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disgusted by unclean and broken facility Dear Sir / Madam, 1) toilet facilities was broken and dirty - knobs of toilet taps and shower was broken and the bathtubs and sinks were yellow stained. 2) bed sheets of the bed covers was torn, burnt and had holes. 3) amenity containers was very hard to squeeze the content out of the containers. 4) the staff who checked us in as an IHG guest did not inform us of the welcome drink and was identified only on the last night while packing. 5) the welcome drink was of sample size and was embarrassing to consume at the bar. Such drinks should be either given to guest at the check in at the reception or placed in the guest room. Last but not the least would like to say that Ms Saowalak from Brasserie was very hospitable towards us and guest and we enjoyed dining at the restaurant. She also took good care of my daughter at the restaurant. Duty Managers also took good care of our complaint and is aware of our experience. July 19, 2015
