The room was nice and comfortable to stay as I was upgraded to suite. I showed my IHG membership number upon checking in but no one recognised me as a valued member. Front desk agent gave me welcomed drinks which were attatched with the key holder, however I would love him to introduce me quickly about the welcomed drinks as that was my first time there. Concierge staff should update their information as well.

Staff are very friendly , and the hotel has all the right amenities for a successful business trip. A plus point is that the taxi drivers are familiar with the hotel on Silom Road, so you don't get taken to the wrong Holiday Inn, which can happen due to communication issues

As usual had a excellent stop over on my way back to UK. Always have great service, the staff cant do enough to help in any way from the porters , front desk staff , anything you ask or need is done immediately.
would recommend the hotel if visiting BKK .

Hi, I know that your hotel is in between renovation now, But please it does not mean if your hotel or rooms are old or outdated , you should compromise CLEANLINESS in the room.
1. The first room that was given to me, Hairs are in the Bathroom floor and sink.
2. The carpet I saw human nails, so i guess the carpet was not vacuum.
3. The 2nd room that i was transferred in, their were trash papers (crumpled papers ) in the side of the bed.
I don't know if the housekeeping are tired of doing their task everyday, but they should know that for a guest who consider the hotel room a home for a few days, cleanliness are very important factor to consider.
I hope you can improve your housekeeping team, The rest particularly the front desk team and the FnB are superb as usual.

Enjoyable stay, as was our previous stay. Possibly improved. Good standards, clean, nice selection of foods, friendly staff. Good location.
