Room service was excellent. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. My favorite of all were the staff who provided the breakfast service. They were always genuinely attentive and professional. The equipment in the gym is somewhat dated but was adequate for good workouts and the fitness facilities are staffed well and always clean. I would definitely stay at this location again during future visits to Thailand. October 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 很一般的酒店 也就二星半级标准。酒店大堂和皇冠在一起,所以大堂不予评论。酒店服务人员很热情周到值得称道并识别出我是ihg会员。但走进酒店走廊,感觉像是走进中国乡镇的招待所。酒店房间来说比较大,但屋里摆设可以直接运进历史博物馆,壁橱摇摇晃晃感觉一不小心就能给碰掉。并且壁橱拉的不是很顺畅,感觉年久失修了很久。没有沙发,只有两把椅子,感觉被无数人坐过的样子。壁橱里的熨烫板上一滩污渍。唯一可称道的是床还保持了holiday inn的一贯水准。电视是液晶的,有中国cctv多个频道,但是几乎没有几个HD高清台,泰国本地台模模糊糊。空调即使调到27度过了一会儿还是冷的要命。酒店浴室到屋子的过道处的灯在我入住第二天就坏掉了。一闪一闪的,但一直到我离开酒店,这灯也没给修。我在中国住过很多次holiday inn,没有一家这样子的。这是我第四次来曼谷,感觉这次住的最差,还不如曼谷一些经济型酒店。silom holiday inn真要整修了。 October 2, 2014

May also consider some variation on food selection for breakfast like Japanese, Mexican or Thai food. Holiday Inn havebeen long in hotel business must always upgrade its facilities, accessories and furniture so that guest can feel that they are on te present time hotel accommodation. October 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another relaxing stay Dear, we have stayed in your hotel maybe 15-20 times. The last stay was 20-26 September. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and welcoming! One of the reasons to come again and again is your pool area staff, especially Thanan. His smile and friendliness make you feel good and he is a real bonus for your hotel. The Premier rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We will be back again. But there was also something negative. I was to pay our stay with Diners Club credit card, as I have done many times before. The card was not accepted by your system. There was nothing wrong with the card because it worked previous day and it worked at the airport after we left the hotel. What if I did not have another card? September 30, 2014

The Executive Club Rooms and the attached perks are VFM. Food quality and choice at the Breakfast and the other outlets are top class. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast buffet A good International selection of dished. The 'egg station' should be used to provide eggs freshly cooked to the customer's requirements. Fried eggs were being pre-cooked and placed on trays and were cold and congealed by the time they were wanted. Possibly acceptable in a full hotel but this was hardly the case at the time of my visit. September 14, 2014

I must have stayed in this hotel at least twenty times and have generally been very satisfied with the service and general quality of the hotel facilities. The tours booked through the hotels tour desk were excellent, with knowledgable drivers and guides. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing atmosphere with a great band. This is a great hotel wether travelling for business or pleasure. For the smiling staff nothing is to much trouble. Tours and flights can be arranged by the tour desk staff. The hotel restaurants can provide a variety of cuisines at a reasonable price. At the end of your day you can relax in Harri's Bar with great entertainment from the resident band that have an enormous repertoire. September 6, 2014

Nothing was too much trouble and the Breakfast was excellent! There on business I reluctantly ordered room service but to my surprise the Thai food was immpecable and made working far more pleasurable. I will stay on Leisure or Business i the future - stay there, you wont regret it! August 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value in Bangkok I was only concerned with the location, but found the walk to the BTS station (surasak) to be less than 10 minutes, much shorter than I had expected. The location also includes plently of shops and restaurnats on the street below the hotel including Starbucks. Sleep comfort is the most important thing to me, and here they get top stars for amazing mattresses and pillows. My room was very quiet and easy to make dark. The hotel in general is beautifully kept and clean, the service and staff very accomodating and helpful. I didn't eat at the hotel so I can't say anything on that. I will definitly choose this hotel again when I retrun to Bangkok. August 19, 2014
