This location is one of the very best in the area. Have stayed at various hotels but none come close to providing the same level of service. This establishment provides great service, is very clean, staff is very friendly, and overall extremely comfortable!

We made a trip to hometown to visit family. It was a very stressful visit but having the room we had made it nicer. The shuttle service from the airport helped tremendously. The hotel is beautiful and sitting high as it does creates a wonderful view. All the staff were helpful. I needed a bottle of wine opened and the bartender was very nice and even furnished a glass for me. The shuttle driver was waiting for us on time when we had to leave. We will be making frequent trips back and will stay here again. Thanks

Great place each time I go ! If ever a problem they fix it quick! Great smiles and staff goes overboard when u stay to make it great! Great food as well!

Room was great, except for the horrible sewer smell that surrounded the campus and even came through the water. Was disgusting while brushing our teeth! We went to the hot tub. There were several kids there running around and their parents all had beverages. My husband and I got in the hot tub and I had a drink with me too. The maintenance man came over and told me I couldn't have my drink. I acknowledged and as I was trying to get out of a child crowded hot tub he yelled at me as if I was one, telling me to "get out now!". First of all, I am a responsible adult in my mid thirties, and second I am a woman- there was no need to speak to me that rudely. As I went to complain, there was a young girl at the desk, Stephanie. She laughed at what I was telling her! And when I explained that it was no way funny and that the man treated me as a child she insisted he was paying me a compliment!! Really? I've been around the hotel business since I was 10- that's not acceptable! Wouldn't recommend at all for that simple reason!

Staff seems to go out of way to please. The food is good but needs more choses.

Room was very clean, lots of lighting and the bed was comfortable.
The restaurant could use some cooking tips. Service was great, but the food was poor.

For many years we avoided Holiday Inn but we are now their best advocates.
Our stay here was outstanding. The junior suite allowed us our own separate space, the kitchenette had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff attended to our needs very well. The housekeeper specifically tried to meet all our needs.
We used the heated pool and it was immaculately maintained as was the lobby and our room.
The only other thing we could say is "Stay here, you'll be impressed".

These guys and gals are great! Food is great in the restaurant and servers rock! No need to go elsewhere to eat or relax. Kim takes care of you! Always a warm smile when u go in
