Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Heating / Air con and Limited Menu Great service, friendly staff as always however this was over shadowed by the quality of sleep due to the noise of the air con / heating - it sounded like I was back on the plane! So much I had to switch it off and subsequently put clothes on to sleep as it was -18! Dinner menu is limited but tasty. January 26, 2015

I have always received exemplary customer service. Because of my experience here I will now explore other Holiday Inn branded hotels as opposed to my preferred brand of 15 years. I am very particular about cleanliness and overall room condition and I have not been disappointed yet. Understand that this is a mid -level brand so the value for money is excellent. I have stayed in much more expensive (and top tier) hotels with with much less satisfaction. This particular Holiday Inn is top of its class. December 29, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 9 night stay I just finished the survey emailed to me, now I am here.. I spent the last 30min typing out issues i had with my stay.. In short: -don't spend your money on the food if you don't have to. -If your in for a long stay they seem to for get about you. - if you have pets, its actually great to be here because of the no extra charge. but say to get rid of the old litter box or extra garbage you may make. they wont clean it up. they walk right past it. Its just my experience yours may be better or worse. ether way good luck. December 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice stay There was a lot going on at this hotel with Christmas parties and Weddings, but it did not take away from the exceptional service we encountered. Check in was a breeze, hospitality was fantastic! We were very impressed with our dining experience at Tattingers Restaurant. The food was excellent and the prices were economical. The hot buffet breakfasts both mornings were excellent and again the staff were very pleasant. We would definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing stay! December 17, 2014
