The hotel was average in most categories but one,. Do NOT under any circumstances eat breakfast there. The grill they use is dirty (brown fried eggs) and the other items are served cold.

My daughter attends Ole Miss and we stay in Batesville. It is only 20 minute drive from the university. The staff is nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff was amazing, willing to help me with my personal items and made sure we had everything we needed. Booking has been easy and correct each time we have stayed. Over all great place to stay.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Polo3456 Musty and dated
I had a very musty room. The A.C. couldn't clear it. Furnishings dated and show wear. Night staff could be more attentive. TV channels limited.
Location is convenient to town.
Internet gets bogged down to the point I had to use my own air card every night.
Takes 2 full cycles on the clothes driers to dry a small load of laundry.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Drummer639 GREAT PLACE
The restaurant hostess took too long to see us, was busy on her phone, Other wise this was a great place to stay. I hoped for a smaller room, but, we got there late. Had a great suite.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not included. We have had a similar experience in Albuquerque in a Holiday Inn. Another one within 2 miles is cheaper and has breakfast so we choose it rather than the one with no breakfast.
The dining room in Batesville was not inviting. Ordering
breakfast in a bar-lounge just didn't seem right. We went down the road to Waffle House and Cracker Barrel.
Batesville seemed more in keeping with smaller town
Holiday Inns rather than bigger city.
