Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Platinum I stay at your hotel regularly. To be quite honest it is one of my favorite. But I do have a question. I have been staying at your hotel on a regular basis the last 4 years. I do not expect to get upgraded all the time. I have been upgraded twice in the four years that I have stayed there. So my question is are we suppose to ask to see if an upgrade is available or is it just a luck of the draw? November 23, 2014
