Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room and comfy bed I was traveling on business, and needed a place to stay that was close to my meeting the next day. I noticed a stain on the carpet when I got to the room, but I called the front desk and let them know. They said they would take care of it after I checked out, which was fine with me because it wasn't worth switching rooms or anything. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well; didn't want to get up the next day for my meeting. I would stay here again if I'm in the area. October 24, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 4th visit, 3rd disappointment I have stayed at this hotel the past 4 weeks for work visits to Baton Rouge. My first stay was great...no complaints at all. Second visit there was hair all over the beds, floors and lamps. 3rd visit, lamps were all unplugged and not in areas that I could easily reach. Both of these were addressed quickly and efficiently by the staff but there is clearly an issue with housekeeping. This last visit, I put the do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping chose to enter anyways, make my bed but not do anything else (replace toiletries, empty ice bucket, etc). I was offered a free meal but quite honestly, the food in the restaurant is not great. This hotel would be great if not for the housekeeping team doing their due diligence and making sure they cover the details. I think my next stay will be at another hotel down the street. The staff in the restaurant was nice and got us a few items to take up to our room even though food service had just closed. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Missed Have stayed in this hotel many times. Why does this hotel still allow smoking in rooms? Made a quick click to reserve room and was smacked in the face by stale cigarette smoke when entering room. Room was switched by no recognition of IHG status at check-in. Hotel had booked girls dance troupe for weekend so little girls were left in executive lounge with boom box doing dance routines while I was attempting to do business. Also noticed girls hiding remote for TV's so channel could not be changed. Experience gave me an opportunity to check other hotels in area. Holiday is not competitive on price so perhaps I will be staying elsewhere in future. September 11, 2014

There is a restaurant in the hotel which is nice. There are a great variety of places to eat around this location. Close to the highway as well. September 8, 2014
