Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place for an Overnight stay The building is older but the rooms have been updated. If you are a light sleeper I suggest requesting a room opposite the highway. Road noise woke me up a few times during the night. March 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Baston Rouge A previous stay at a Holiday in in Jackson, MS was horrible!!! The room was flea infested and I was stuck as there weren't any other rooms available. Hotel staff not only did not resolve the problem, but their attitude was totally non caring. I had complained to the main corporation and received no satisfaction. This set my view of Holiday Inn motels for the next 20 years. Growing up Holiday Inn had been the standard in my family when traveling. As I traveled extensively for business, Holiday Inn lost an extensive amount of business from me over the years. The Baton Rouge facility restored my faith in Holiday Inn and has set the standard on which I will judge any future stays and accommodations. As long as future accommodations meet the standard as set by the BR facility, I will return as a regular customer. March 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest staff of the year award This was the most friendly staff I have been associated with this year. I stay in a lot of Holiday Inn properties and this was the friendliest by far. From the front desk, to the housekeeping crew, to Chris at the restaurant, there were no gaps in the friendly nature in this properties personnel. I will return here on my next visit to BR March 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Average stay since not given a room on main tall building. I have stay there before and the rooms with the elevators and main lobby are much better than the ones outside. Other than that everything was great service staff and breakfast. February 28, 2015
