There was a problem with my reservation. Felicia at the Front Desk did a fantastic job getting the issue resolved, getting us settled and getting us into the room we had reserved. Hotel management should be proud to have a staff member like her at the Front Desk.

The staff from the desk to janitorial were helpful and friendly. There was pride in their vocation. The lobby area was exceptionally clean and inviting.

This stay was everything I needed and hoped for it to be - the staff at this hotel turned what was becoming a stressful situation into an easy comforting resolution, with a great amount of southern hospitality. The two women that brought us fresh bedding and cleaned up were so sweet - made my day. Also, the front counter girls were awesome. We will definitely be staying here any time we are in Beaufort. This was our first time ever being there, and y'all made a great impression!

The only negative thing I can think of concerning this stay was the lack of help the front desk staff showed in attempting to stay an extra night. I reserved the room for three nights and wound up needing to stay an additional night due to business. I understand that there was a military event that coming weekend, but the front desk seemed to not even attempt to see if anything was available. I always stay in Holiday Inns or Holiday Inn Express, and if I ever come into a position where I need an extra night the staff has always been able to figure something out. Perhaps there wasn't another room available, I understand that these things happen from time to time, but the staff at Beufort SC seemed to not care or even attempt to help.
Other than this it was a typical, great stay at a Holiday Inn that myself and my co-workers have come to expect from them.

This Holiday Inn needs a facelift and more. Handles falling off of toilet doors ... bathroom dark and dingy with tub handle falling off ... furniture peeling and stuffing coming out ... less than clean facilities ... pounding overhead late into the night are not accommodations worth the price I paid. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

While we loved our stay in Beaufort, our stay at the Holiday Inn was less than desirable. The room's appearance was not what it should have been, including a desk chair that had the stuffing exposed, and the outer plastic peeling away. The bathroom door-handle came off …The tub's knob was loose … and he bathroom was less than sanitary. The staff, although nice, was not, always, available. In fact, when we had breakfast, in the hotel restaurant, it was necessary to go to the front desk to pay our bill. My wife and I were the only two people in the restaurant. It is minor, but I have never stayed in a hotel/motel where the front desk did not have stamps. To top things off, I believe, the value of the room was well overpriced. I am a frequent traveler, and I do know the value of rooms. This Holiday Inn is sub par for what the franchise represents.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really liked having a restaurant within the hotel. The food was very good and the staff made us feel welcomed.
They offered free popcorn in the lobby, which was a nice snack before heading down town. The hotel is conveniently located and one of the nicest in the area.
The fitness room treadmills work well, but the room can get warm!
It is a great place to stay!
