Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Large unique property This Holiday Inn is very unique with a nice three level waterfall and huge Texas state flag drawing your attention when you enter. Hotel has lots of sitting area for drinks or companionship. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a very nice stay. November 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value, Great comfort I stay at this hotel several times per month for work. I've always had great stays here. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are great. For eating Subway is just across the parking lot, but there are several other great place to eat within walking distance. Wish they had a better selection of channels though, but I usually don't watch TV too much when I'm here. Common areas are clean and the staff is polite and professional. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Beaumont for both business and pleasure. November 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Skip this hotel I spent my four days here with a mouse in the room. When reported it to the staff they brought in a. Inch of sticky traps. The mouse was caught on the morning I left. Light was burned out in the bathroom. Another above the desk. The door to threshold opening was big enough for a small cat to come and go. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Missing Points Again Hotel is convenient, clean and comfortable. Front desk folks are great. Again, I'm missing my 10,000 points and possibly my 500 welcome points. 500 points were assigned for a stay on November 12th, a day which I did not stay at the hotel. Are these 500 points really for a stay on Nov. 1st or November 6th? This is the only IHG hotel where I have to contact management to get my priority club points credited to my account. This isn't an occasional occurrence. It happens every time I stay at this hotel November 15, 2014
